    I initially took my 2016 **** Mustang to the shop to be repaired from vehicular theft damages around the middle of January. The company gave me the run around about the parts saying they were on back order for about two months until March when they finally ordered the parts and completed the repair. When I first received the car back, I found a .38 handgun in the car. Im not sure if it was from the theft, but the company did have the car for months. About a month later I noticed that my headlight was missing. There was literally no bulb in the headlamp at all. Additionally after further discovery, I noticed that the fog light cables werent connected, and the bumper and finder are missing several screws causing it to not be fastened securely. Being the car was covered under full coverage, the car was supposed to be fully repaired to factory standards. I contacted them about the issues and contacted my insurance to make sure everything was covered. The company, Maaco, initially stated they were going to finish the repairs and add the new headlight at no cost. This process actually took a month to do. I finally dropped the car back off for the completion of repairs. So, I call every other day to check on the car every week. They keep telling me they are waiting on my headlight bulb to do the repairs. A month and some weeks passed by before I got a call from the *********************. ****** states that after all this time, they cant fix the car at no cost, I would have to come out of pocket for the expenses. This made me completely livid. This company has been lying from the start. They have wasted so much of my time I cannot fathom. My car hasnt been fully functional since January and now its almost September. I am completely disappointed in how they deceived me as a customer and consumer. The disorganization of the company is very distasteful. They switch managers every week, and even the most recent manager thought the past employees and manager were Drug Addicts.
