I had my new unit one year and had to have the tech come out six times. The installation team is incompetent. The Installation manager **** is disorganized and unprofessional. Do not do business with this company.

Gees installs great HVAC-systems made by a different company. First appointment was on a Friday to install 8 - 10 am, and it was a No call/no show, I called them around 2pm, reschedule for the next Friday, again 8 - 10am. This time they did call to update on delay, arriving around 1:40pm, and installed the ***** Prior to leaving I found damage had been done to my doorframes, my walls, and they had removed the frame from my attic door, without my permission. Upon replacing the attic doorframe, 1/2 - 1 gaps were found, and I suppose any bug/critter could come down and visit. **** was to return today, yes between 8 - 10am. Its now 5:01pm, and its a no call/show to fix the damage they did to my home. Do not recommend

Multiple predatory and incessant communication to both my email and cell phone via text. I asked to be removed and they still contact me. I called the number and was out in hold and when I said I wanted to speak to an agent the call was dropped. Your marketing strategies have killed your reputation in my mind. Please cease and desist your contacting me in any form.

I had an issue with my heat pump that I thought would have to be replaced. They were able to come out and get it running. They sent around a free tune up to give back. I thought why not. So I went ahead and invited them to my home expecting to spend thousands. For less than $800 they got my system running again and even included a maintenance plan! Much better than the contractor who I got to install my system :(

Very dishonest company. My ** compressor unit quit working after a recent storm. I called Gee Heating and Air for a service call. A friendly, personable technician arrived quickly and took about twenty minutes to look over my system. He told me that my ** compressor had failed and was too old to be replaced as well as having an outdated Freon type. He said my only option was to have a complete new unit to replace the old one. Conveniently he had a sales presentation with several different choices on his tablet pc. He convinced me to order a system that cost $13000 installed. After he left I had second thoughts because I thought the price seemed high so I did some research and also got another quote from another company. My research showed that I probably had been overcharged around $3000. I cancelled my order. I have a little electrical expertise so I did some testing on my own. I was amazed to find that there was no power going to the unit. This is one of the first things any reputable technician would check. When I checked the circuit breaker I found that not only was it tripped, it had actually been switched to the off position. It most likely tripped during a severe thunderstorm the day before. The only way the breaker could have been moved from the tripped to the off position was by someone manually moving the switch. The technician is the only person that had access to the breaker panel after the ** unit quit working. I reset the breaker and the unit came back on and worked normally. Pretty amazing for a unit that was supposed to have a failed compressor.

Company sending out mailers with GA REG number that links to this company but the phone number on the mailer is definitely not listed on there website or any reference to this company when that number is cross referenced. I did not sign up for any mail listing nor should I be receiving anything from this company. Definitely looks like a shady scam

This is one of the shadiest companies I have ever worked with. I would strongly recommend NOT using them. I had them over to do Spring Maintenance on my units. The first year they continually looked for reasons to sell us a new unit for one of our oldest units. This spring, the second year, they intentionally rewired the capacitor on the compressor backward to try to cause it to burn out. After filling my house with smoke, the technician told my wife that the unit is so old that it must have burnt up. It burnt up. Right at the time, he touched it and it was fully working pumping cold air without any problems before hand. I will admit the unit was old, but it was working fine. I told my wife to tell them to leave immediately, to which the technician refused to leave until he got paid his maintenance check in hand. I drove home immediately and after I got my wife calmed down started checking out the unit. The blower was working and the compressor would start to work then cut off and blow more smoke. I sent a picture of the compressor wiring to an HVAC guy I work with in commercial construction and he told me the wiring was all wrong and walked me through how to fix it. Worked like a champ right after. I'm taking the time to write out this full event because I don't want someone else to be taken advantage of. Don't get fooled. BTW, I got a reference on another company in the local area and had a new unit installed just for the h*** of it. That's one unit I would gladly pay a premium on just to show these guys they lost business due to shady dealings. I wish there was a way to give this review No Stars but for now, this will have to do.

I was given a quote for $10,000 for a new unit. I was told by the technician that we didnt have a top of the line unit. I called another company and they said we do have a top of the line unit and called Trane to see if we could get a new coil under our warranty. We did and we were quoted $8000 less. Be aware of this company.

Good Afternoon, my name is ****** and I am one of the owners at this company. I have personally looked into this. Our company's standard and policy is to always check a warranty and I will make sure the technician who was on site is notified of this issue. I do see in the notes where it was mentioned that the home was recently purchased and there could have been some confusion on length of warranty, however, no excuses, we will have this corrected. It is also our company's policy to offer a wide range of premium, mid range, and economy options. It is our goal to have system options that fit all ranges and budgets and will discuss with our technician on why other options we're not offered. I see that we did not charge for the diagnostic or trip fee otherwise I would have made sure to refund that amount to you. Again, I wanted to personally respond to this and I apologize that we came up short on your customer service experience with us on this visit. I am glad to hear that you have been taken care of and hope that we can earn your trust again in the future
