I used King Green for over a year, my grass has more weeds and looks horrible after using their services. I called several times and asked for a manager to come out but they would just send the same guy out, I finally canceled them and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

We started using King Green in May ************************************************* a HOA neighborhood. As time went on you could see the weeds going away, but you could also see my grass disappearing and turning into dirt spots. At first, we thought that the grass was dying because of the shade and roots from a tree until we noticed that it was dying on the sides of our house and in the backyard where there isn't any shade or roots from a tree. I recently called King Green to complain about my grass dying and turning into dirt piles and they told me that they would send a manager out to meet with me. No one ever called me to set up a good time for the meet and greet as I told them that I wanted to be present when the manager came out to our home. My husband receives a text message from their manager on 6/12/24, so he calls the manager as he states that he came out to look at our property. The manager stated that he was going to cancel our service because the sales person shouldn't have ever offered service to us due to our yard. My husband told the manager that they are liable for our yard as now our grass is nothing but mostly dirt and is dying. The manager stated that they're not liable for our yard and that they stand by their chemicals. The manager also proceeded to try to blame it all in the shade in our yard and that bermuda grass needs at 8 hours of sunlight each day. My husband let him know that he can not try pulling that card as our yard is not fully shaded and then he also tried to blame it on the person who had the house landscaped before we moved into our house. My husband told the manager that we were the only ones that replaced the sod in the front as we decided to relanscape our yard. The manager didn't want to take responsibility for any of it. He only wanted to offer other products for half the price, but you told us that the sales person shouldn't have ever offered services to us in the first place. They are scammers! Do not use them!

DO NOT USE KING GREEN. I hired them primarily for week control. All they did was lightly fertilizer and grow weeds in my yard. Every winter I would complain: every winter my weed problem multiplied, poana, henbit, and bittercress. I asked for a supervisor to inspect my yard; never got a response (I have photos). After I pulled the weeds and sprayed my yard, apparently they came by and saw no problems (with my work). After I fired them, they threatened legal action, then took full payment for services that were absolutely horrible.
