    Trying to buy a dodge transmission. Agreed on a price at ***************************************************************************************** They called me Monday the day before to tell me the transmission had a Crack in it. They could have another one in for ****. I never agreed to this. It was a possibility I would get it. They still charged my card ******* When I called andrews auto salvage they wanted me to pay a restock fee of 25% on a product I never agreed on. I contacted my credit card to cancel due to never agreeing to the amount or the new transmission. They are rude and would not let me speak on this matter. I am very upset with this company.

    I purchased a 551-58741 1U-STEERING GEAR RACK on July, 28, 2023 @ 3:10pm for $110 plus core charge $15 total of $125 I paid in cash, but the rubber cushion part on the end was tore up before he gave the part to me but he didnt check the part out before he gave it to me to see was something wrong with it. I made a deal and exchanged that part for some park lights that equals the same price. The first time I went he wrote customer refund on my receipt paper but I never got a refund because they told me they would order them. I waited 2 weeks later to get told I have a (6 month store credit) written by *******. ** called last week and she told me that she would order them and call me back but never didhere comes today Monday September 18, 2023. I called back to see was my parts order, and basically ******* was procrastinating around and put my on hold for 30 minutes saying she will check but her boss picked up the phone and said she went to break..that was very unprofessional but he told me to wait 15 minutes until he call me back.I havent received a call and I would love to just get my money back and forget the parts that they still didnt order 2 months from now. Im very disappointed with in the customer service

    Online showed they had a motor we needed. Went to purchase the motor and they didn't have one. Told if we paid $500 deposit, they would get us one. Waited 2 weeks and told they had one. It was wrong even after the owner called and verified the information. Told they would have us one Monday, it is Thursday. Went by today to get a refund as promised by the owner only for him to tell **, he would have one by this coming Monday and we couldn't get our money back. He offered credit to be used in 6 months. Not what was agreed or discussed.
