    The 2 guys that come out and worked on the project ***** and ***** were very nice and understanding and had plenty of of knowledge for the job I appreciate that very much

    I saw a perfect score on the reviews so went with them. I got no communication on my query nor did I get what I was told would happen in sequence. I would not advise useing this company.

    Shower was great but the rest of bathroom remodel was terrible. Caulking is coming off and they cut the legs off my vanity so they didn't have to move the mirror. Now every time you stand in front of the mirror you stub your toe. Will have get someone else to do it correctly.

    This company should be looked into for fraud!!Left house in much worst condition than they found it. What is the Plummers connection? Dont know but will find out!!They find problems that are not there but the plumber comes out to tell you if you dont have this expensive work done, they cannot finish their work.Fan running 24/7 for weeks!Report them and do not use!!

    This is a water mitigation company that does restorations. They came and tore my $1.3 million house to save it from molding after water damage. They are quick to come and tear stuff up and leave their equipment, because they make a huge profit leaving their fans running in your house for 2 weeks. But, when it comes to restoring the damage, you will be left holding the bag. It has been 7 months now, and they are unresponsive to the insurance adjuster and myself. I have left countless messages to get the repairs completed. I would not recommend or use them again. Worst of the worst.

    i had a sewer clog and water leakage. ******* came out and fixed the clog and theydid a good job. unfortunately they recommended quality restoration for the mitigation. the whole ordeal was a nightmare. phase one was the clean dry and mitigate. the first person to ****** was the estimater for the job and that cost was **** dollars. dont know how he arrived at that number since it was not broken down at all and little did i know that there was a phase two which is the repair cost. the communication was very poor. the workers that came out did not call first and one of them didnt speak english. the dehumidifiers and fans ran for three full days. the noise was awful and had a bad smell. they removed two and a half baseboards and one sheet rock. phase two was for repairs and when i got a call from *** this morning he said it would cost **** dollars. i was shocked and he didnt even know what needed to be fixed. he thought there was tile work but there wasnt. he told me they use subcontractors and they also charge for their profit. he also suggested that i find a handyman since it would be less expensive. their attitude and leaving a customer high and dry is totally unacceptable. their office is apparently a mess. there customer reviews are 1.5 stars and their ******************** rating is an F. i would not recommend this company to anyone. their communication skills and lack of respect for customers is shameful. i even called ******* to let them know my bad experience with quality restoration and they should not recommend them since it could have an impact on them too.

    The repair was a nightmare. Three men who don't speak any English pulled up on the first morning, knocking branches off my tree and blocking in my car. Thus began the issues that lasted all throughout this process. The men pushed past me as I asked them to stop/wait and were soon all over the house. They had no idea about the project scope and no way to communicate with me. The project manager/contractor, ***, rudely told me on more than one occasion that he had other projects to manage. At one point, I sent a text at 4, repeated the question at 6 and then repeated at 8. Another time, I was told I would get an update in the afternoon and didn't get a response from the subcontractor until 9. Again and again, I took blame and frustration from the company stating that it was too late in the evening to converse.
