  I made the purchase of a used car with this company on 2/22/24 in which I paid ********. This total included the title, plates and tag. I was informed that all the documentation would be sent by mail within a period of 30 days (the same period that the temporary plate expired). When the expiration date arrived, I tried to go to the offices in person on several occasions and there was never anyone there ( he seemed evicted) I tried to call the phone number provided by ************** and when he answered he always informed me that everything was still in process. When my temporary plate expired, I went directly to the *** ************ who looked for the vehicle information and notified me that no process had been started (in other words, it couldn't be in process since they never started said process). They kindly gave me another extension for the temporary plate, but yesterday 4/6/24 it expired again and I didn't get any response other than that. Now we do not have transportation to go to work or to take the children to school, we are being affected by this situation. We don't know what else we can do. They clearly scammed us.

  I purchased a vehicle on 12/11/24 for $4500.00 which included tax tag and title. ************** told me I would receive it before the expiration date. I tried contacting ************** serval times concerned about not receiving my tag. My tag expired. I had to go to tag office get an extension til 2/24/24 tried contacting again he finally answered me and told me not to worry it was processing. I told him I could not get another extension and was worried about tag and he advised would be handled. Well my extension tag was about to expire and contacted ************** and he said it was processing and if nothing else would go to tag office and get it himself. Today is 2/27/24 my tag expired 2/24/24. I called tag office and they advised me that the system shows it hasn't even been applied for and ask him to provide me with receipt showing where they paid for it and I could get my tag . Called ************** anf he gave me the run around again saying it was processing but couldnt give me a receipt to show me proof. So I'm still without a tag on a car I paid for and have been out of work for 5 days now
