            I am filing this complaint regarding Dr. ******************** and her company, ******************** Second Chance. On August 5th, I met Dr. ******************** outside the doors of the probate court. The attorney representing my leasing office recommended her services, suggesting she could help prevent an eviction. Dr. ******************** instructed me to pay $500 for her program and to cover the remaining rent for August. Following her instructions, I paid her a total of $3,000.Under our agreement, Dr. ******************** was to use the funds I provided to apply for a ***** and bring my account to good standing by paying the balance owed to my leasing office. Additionally, she was supposed to contact my leasing office to inform them that I was enrolled in her program, which she never did. Despite these assurances, I was evicted a month later.Afterward, I received an email from Dr. ******************** stating that she no longer services ************** and instructing me not to contact her further. Since then, Ive discovered that I am not alone; other individuals have also reported similar issues with Dr. ******************** and ******************** Second Chance.I have made multiple attempts to reach Dr. ******************** and her company to request a refund of the amount I paid. I am not asking for compensation for any additional damages but simply for a return of my payment. Had I not trusted ************************* services, I could have pursued other options, such as securing a loan, to handle this matter myself.I am submitting this complaint to prevent others from facing similar difficulties. There has been no response to my phone calls or messages, which further demonstrates a lack of accountability from this company.

            I reached out to Hasan 2nd chance in belief that they were able to provide rental assistance. I was scammed out of 2k ! I was told $500 was for the lawyer to stop an eviction process and 1500$ was paid for the current month. The lady ****** Hasan if thats her real name stated she was going to pay the past month balance if I complete the required courses , never received the courses and been getting ignored ever since . I immediately found out from the ************************** , my rent office and the police officer that took my report that I was targeted due to my stressful situation.
