Hunters Ridge needs to have a whistle blower come and give notice to them mishandling their power and residents. The manager Cheralynne Bridgewater is very devious and money hungry. They take months and years to fix maintenance requests but put $100 fines on ppls doors for having a piece of your tire on the grass. Ive had my ac go out for months and I fill out a maintenance request and nobody ever comes to even inspect for two weeks while its 100 degrees plus outside me and my kids suffering. Ive had to call code enforcement on them to fix a pipe under my unit that was flooding my yard with p*** I had been making a request for a year then I finally got feed up because the grass was soaked in p*** nobody wanted to cut it and the manager Cheralynne fined me for the grass being high. I reported them and they fixed my unit in a day or two after a year of me complaining. *** had problems with this management since I moved here in 2022. The empty trailers have drug addicts living in them and the yards are trashed as if ppl moved out and just spreader their trash all over the yard like a trash dump on multiple yards. Windows busted out the abandoned units and hundreds of them, its suspicious and unsafe for children to live here! They need to be shut down Im sure its so many ppl that are being neglected here, Im glad I speak English because most of my neighbors dont and they get screwed over because of it!

ZERO STARS! I have two words for this company, SLUM LORDS. Every bad review you see, BELIEVE IT. They advertise "gated community" crock of crap! "Sparkling pool" yeah it sparkles green with algae and has never been opened in the 3 years I have been here. The kids cannot even utilize the park, tennis, or basketball, as it is all CHAINED SHUT! I have been here for 3 years and have had many issues, such as no AC for days-weeks, on multiple occasions. No water for a week, with no resolution, until I contacted Code Enforcement. The only time I am able to get any assistance with the water or ****, is if I contact code enforcement. Then they talk junk to maintenance and maintenance repeats it to the tenants. I just recently went without AC for 2 WEEKS! 90 degrees in my home daily and they told me "We have ten people we are working to fix." The **** people came and had it fixed in ten minutes. They always give the excuse "We have one maintenance man and **** units". But that is not our problem. If you are not staffed enough for your business needs, that is your job to figure it out. To top it off, the staff is nasty! RUN FAR AWAY AND RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I have moved out of this community over a year going on two years now and I took them to court and I won the case against them about my deposit because they tried to fraudulently charge me for damages to a property that never happened and I also have picture and video proof after I won the case in court and the judge ruled them to give me my money back they claim they would give me my money back called the next day asked me for my address the property manager Miss Bridgewater she never called me back and nor did I ever receive my deposit back Ive been calling nonstop to try to get my deposit since I won in court and they still havent gave me my deposit back I want to file another case against them

Ive lived here my whole life and it keeps getting worse. The security guards are a joke, we have to has a list for vistors seems easy but nope. Ever time my boyfriend or grandmother try and come in they lie saying they are not on a list or the system is down and make me walk all the way to the front which they have. lied made me walk to the front i almost got picked up by a creep and followed closes by two men. I get there i break in tears and all they could say was " don't you cuss at my guards you need to calm down" yeah no. my dad was ****** the office did not care one bit that my safety was at risk cause they wanna lie. Plus the park over chargers , if there a leak rent goes up even if the ******* are saying presidency used $100 worth of water. They are liars theifs and rude. Do not live here

This place robs people off the regional manager Rose has horrible management skills and takes people money. She charged bogus things to tenants account and this business should be investigated. She a vile and disrespectful person who represents river valley . Shame on this place.

The office is a joke. They do not help resolve anything no matter how many times you have tried to tell them that certain things dont work. That maybe they should try something different in collecting the rent payments instead of going to online to make payments but most of the community cant gain access to pay the rent. The ppl in the office said they dont have to talk to you at all its just curtesy to speak to ppl that come into the office. They are unprofessional and rude. Doesnt present skills for customer service at all. They would rather push you out the door. Basically your wasting your time and energy if you have any issues with anything
