            The window is cracked The window does not fit the frame The window does not open The frame is not square I paid $370 for this cheap piece of glass I called multiple times and the "manager" refuses to correct the issue I pay for a two bedroom apartment I can only use one - because this company screwed me over Everytime I call the "manager" just laughs

            Better Buy Glass replaced broken glass at the request of the apartment complex. During the initial install the technician cracked the glass. The second install was completed on July 13 and the ticket was paid by the complex on July 1,2022.

            I am rejecting this response because:

            The first installer did NOT crack the glass. The second installer did. The first installer admitted he measured the top window, not the broken one. He said he'd have somebody out with the a larger size. The first installer's window looked good.

            The second installers window will NOT open, it also has a crooked upper frame.

            He probably could've straightened it out, if he pulled that big piece of broken glass out the upper frame before install. See image 2.jpg

            My guess is, if he did that - the window would probably be tight in the upper frame.

            It would probably open and the glass would probably be in good shape.

            Never in my 52 years on this planet, have I seen a window I can wobble with one finger.
