I have purchased two "gunbroker guns" in 2024 and both were defective. One had a new sear that was improperly installed and the other semi-auto did not feed or eject reliably. Most Gunbroker guns are sold "as is" with no test firing before sales so buyer has no recourse. I had to hire a gunsmith for one gun and buy several new parts for other gun that I installed myself. Gunbroker is the "wild West" of gun sales. ***** has no protection and is taking 100% of the risk. Personally I will not buy from them again until they insist each gun sold be test fired and they give the buyer 30 days to return the defective gun for full refund. Sellers are buying and reselling these guns with no quality checks but appearance. Appearance is only part of the story of a gun. Function is also very important.

    Good morning *******,

We appreciate your feedback. Please note, however, that GunBroker.com is not the SELLER of the items that you purchased. We are a third-party platform that allows buyers and sellers to connect. We do also offer a Buyer Protection Plan, which you can read about in our User Agreement and Site Rules. You may be able to check and see if you are still within the timeframe to file a claim for the items that you are unhappy with. We do strongly recommend that all users read the listings in their entirety before placing bids, this includes all terms, conditions, shipping, and warranty mentions.

Thank you once again for providing your feedback. We value each and every user on the site.

I have an issue with a Gun Broker supplier. After trying numerous times to work with the supplier I asked Gun Brokers to intervene. Apparently Gun Brokers contacted them multiple times with no response. I feel Gun Brokers have some responsibility but aapparently they don't. As a so-call third party they have a web site and they collect a fee for doing nothing.Solution - use a company with a good reputation, check all suppliers, period, and use Gun Brokers only to get an idea of a weapons cost BUT shop/buy elsewhere. Don't expect any help from Gun Brokers!

Two purchases with zero issues. Remember that you're not buying from *********, check reviews on the actual sellers!

Thank you Larry! We appreciate that feedback! It is vey important for reviewers to remember that GunBroker is not the actual seller of the item, but the platform that allows users to list and bid on items from all over. Have a wonderful day Larry!

This place is SOOO over rated. Terrible experiences MULTIPLE times. Fast automated web site but worthless because they never resolved the issues. Re sent info and uploads MULTIPLE TIMES.They are making it hard to support our 4th amendment when these companys make it impossible to make a purchase. I got sick of the run around and took my business elsewhere with fast easy dealings with NO problems.

I purchased my Remington 700 a while back on Gun Broker, which I did receive but in the wrong ********** was missing the ****** Bipod which it was supposed to come with.Barrels And Arrows which is the store who I bought it from SHOULD NOT be selling any guns at all if it does not wish to include items that were supposed to come with the gun in which the buyer purchased. The color of my gun that I received is in black which is a complete error on their end. It should be FDE.Moreover the gun should have came with a ****** Bipod but it did not. In addition it took a month and a half approximately to even have received my gun but in the wrong color and missing bipod. I have been waiting MONTHS and the seller keeps kicking the can saying ill send your items but never has.I have contacted Gun Broker many many times over the past months but nothing has been resolved. Bad Business on both ends.

They are charging me tax on silver with no way to remove it and they do not respond to my service tickets. WI does not have a tax on silver. There is no way to talk to anyone. They do not respond to the service tickets.

I was selling an expensive firearm on gunbroker.com. I had a person buy the gun. We couldn't workout a payment arrangement and I felt this person could be trying to scam me so I canceled the transaction. Gunbroker.com still marked it as sold even though I had canceled the sale. Two months later gunbroker.com changed me the value fee even though I canceled the transaction. **************** was rude and refused any help. They told me to repost the firearm on gunbroker.com and request a credit. I chose to take the gun to a local gun shop to sell it, because I don't feel people on gunbroker.com are trustworthy. Gunbroker.com clearly isn't trustworthy. They keep giving me the run around about the value fee. I gave up and now want to cancel my account. There's no way to cancel the account their website. I have to have customer service cancel it. They won't get back to me. I'm having a horrible experience with gunbroker.com. I would stay clear of them.

This organization is a scam. They charge you for advertising services that they do not provide. They do not provide phone customer service. Do not use this company. They are unethical and rip you off.

Gunbroker is not reliable at all. I won an auction of a very valuable gun - a good deal. The seller didnt want to honor the sale and sell the gun for this price. Suddenly when communicating over the GB portal, the seller claimed the gun got broken. I submitted a claim to GB. Never got a response. 2 weeks later the same gun was advertised again by the seller. There is no support from GB at all and most of the time you spend hours hoping you get a gun a few bugs cheaper but at the end, it turns out to be fraud. Better buy from a reputable dealer online and not even pay much more for piece of mind !To find best prices in the net, I use ammograb.com for ammo and gundeals or gunengine.com for guns.Hope this helps :-)

    Good morning,

We show that the listing you were interested in ended on 8/18/2024 @ 9:88 PM. We see that the seller cancelled the listing at 8:10 PM on 8/19/2024, per your request. We see that a support ticket was submitted to GunBroker.com on Monday, and that your issue has been resolved. We hope that you have a wonderful day.
