I really wanted to support this sister. The first time I ordered meal prep everything was great except I didnt receive a few meals. I was told the butcher was out of short ribs. I order meal prep again but never received it. I was told a truck hit a pole and the neighborhood lost power. She told me as soon as power was restored my meals would be prepared and delivered for free. I didnt hear back from her. I reached back out to her and was told their power had not been restored. I did a little investigation and didnt find any power outages in her area. Again, I ordered meal prep a couple of months later to give her another chance to redeem herself. And again she failed miserably. The day my meals shouldve been prepared she came down with the flu after church and had to go to urgent care. She asked me to giver her until the end of the week to heal to prepare my meals. I told her not to bother with the meals that I would like a refund. I was told I will receive a refund and a confirmation will be sent; I received nothing. The next day I followed up. She told me she was in the hospital with pneumonia and to wait until her husband get off work to get a refund. I have no idea why she couldnt send it to me. However, as I was perusing ********* I noticed she had posted a message about some juices two hours ago from her car!! But shes suppose to be in the hospital with pneumonia. Who does that??!!! What kind of games are you playing?!! And you cant send me my money! Im furious now. I followed up again and finally she sent the refund. Had I read the reviews before dealing with her, I would not have given her a copper ***** of my money. Her integrity is questionable. In a nutshell, shes full of crap!!

This individual stole my pictures off my page and posted them as her own work. I tried to talk to her in a productive manner and she blocked me. I have posted the images from my work. Then I also posted the pictures in which she stated it was her work to different individuals. I have since found out that it isnt her first time

Just like the other review, Tintswalo Catering took my money. I saw her FB page and contacted her about buying her meal preps. I decided to go with 14 meals. The total came to $206.40. She told me she would send tracking the next day. Later that evening I contacted her because I hadn't received the tracking info. She said the meals were on the way. Tracking would come shortly. Of course, nothing. I contact her again and she said her nephew- in- law was murdered. He was on of the **** County deputies murdered. Both deputies were white, she is not but whatever. I backed off for a few days. I reach out again. She says she'll mail the check. She later says she refunded it back to my card and sends me a bogus receipt. After a lot of back and forth she never refunded the money. I pressed charges. Don't do it!!!

Tinswalo Catering was supposed to act as a personal chef for a Birthday dinner on June 5, 2021. She was in contact with me fine until the day of the event. A little after the time scheduled, she text and said they had been in an accident and she would call me the following day. She stated everything in there truck spilled. However, at this time she should have already been to my event so it didn't make sense. She never called, I called her several days afterwards and she stated she had issued a refund. I never received a received a refund for the deposit and my event was ruin. Many calls, emails, and texts went unanswered. On June 24, 2021 she sent an email that she was putting a check in the mail for the refund and a course after a week that never came. It does not take long to receive mail in the same state. I had to end up disputing the charge with my bank to get my money back. DO NOT USE unless you're a celebrity because I'm sure she will show up for that.
