            Had ordered parts that they told me that they had was unfulfilled paid for they never sent them and yet I've called them over 20 times and sent them over a 1/2 a dozen emails and they do not respond to either or and still waiting for reply please dont do business with them untrustworthy

            Your order was canceled and refunded , a email was sent and responded to each time you sent a message , one of the parts was back ordered from the supplier and since we did not hear back from you on if you wanted to wait your order was canceled

            I ordered a pulley for my mower on January 11. They sent an email saying your order was received. They said 3-5 days delivery. Never got the part. I called numerous times and emailed a number of times wondering if they sent the part. No answer on phone and no email response. The last time I emailed I cancelled the order. They never emailed back. Purchase was $46.58. I believe this is unprofessional. I ask refund. They are terrible
