    I had a total of 14 make up classes in the account, and their system removed all my make up and the supervisor or anyone is assisting me with getting my make up back. I want my money back for the make up.

    ***************** enrolled with starting March 18th, during that time she did acquire 13 make-*** in total, which I have included attachments of to show when they were re-scheduled. On June 1st, Mom came to me stating that she had so many make-*** and wasn't sure how she was going to schedule those, and that she already swims 2 days a week. I offered to change her **** to 1 day a week which is $102.00 a month, (but she swam 2 days a week) and to keep her enrolled in her 2nd class for the month of July to use up some of her make-up's. She was happy with that resolution. So, I removed 4 make-*** for the month of July and did tell Mom that any remaining make-up's she would have to schedule by calling the week of she would like to use them. Looking at past visits they have scheduled and attended 9 make-*** out of the 13 on the dates I included also in the attachments. With the 4 I removed from her account to use for the 2nd day in July, that would make 13. I have tried to explain this to Mom at class recently. We strive our very best to choose relationships over profits at Aqua-Tots. I would like nothing more for Mom to have the best experience with us. We will work with her in any way we can.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    First of I have not spoke to the supervisor regarding the make *** being wiped away from the system, no one from the company is answering any of my questions, they keep saying the supervisor is not available and they don't know the status, And I have proof of that based on my phone calls which are recorded through my IPHONE. Second of, I did not make up 9 make up within the last month which is when I spoke to the supervisor and I also have proof of that because I was out of town and could not even attend my regular classes, if Anything I should have more make up classes. Third of all, you guys were close on July the 4th, which means i only attended one day that week so I should still have that make up. I want my refund and after this month I no longer want to attend Aqua Tots.
