As well these other dates 05/03/2024/ and 05/06/2024 as well 5/17/24.The total amount is ****** almost 500 dollars I paid in payments with after pay. This business did not provide me the services with the deliverance bootcamp. I pay for which included zoom classes with links that I couldn't get on it they blame me.hen dispute with me that I need to go to ******* and told me get a job even though I'm disabled in ********** area they claim everything be online and I didn't have to worry but instead told me lies so I didn't receive everything in the deliverance bootcamp I paid for they sent me some books in the mail but was not related to class when I log into zoom it would meeting in progress so I missed two sessions and the one session didn't match what they was saying. they say we will never give you a refund because you sign nonrefundable, they never inform me this when I sign up for this.I'm requesting a refund even if its partial or not I should not be taken advantage of like this and misinformed. They won't talk to me or answer my calls or emails same when I contact them again during zoom time issue, they just contact me later after it was over with. The business did not resolve anything with me and chose not to.I have pictures of how I paid them with after pay payments with my bank card.Yes, they had this deliverance bootcamp advertised on ****** when I first contact them from the book, I bought from them I requested ministry, and they were like can you come to ******* we don't do online zoom services I kept telling them I don't have that type of money and I be responsible for myself for 3 days they said for my lodging and food etc for them to even minister to me so I feel this was not right and this business shouldn't did this.Business response

Subject: Response to BBB Complaint ID ********
Dear Customer Relations Representative,
Thank you for your email and for bringing this matter to our attention. We apologize for the oversight and any inconvenience it may have caused. We would like to bring to your notice. That we did not see the first notice as you mentioned.
Rev. ********************** Solomon Outreach Ministries is an arm of ************************** ************** Registered in the State of GA as a Domestic ************************ Our ****************** led by Rev. ********************** A. Solomon, focuses on spiritual counseling and deliverance through faith in ***********************. The complaint in question pertains to our Deliverance Bootcamp.
The Bootcamp is an intensive program designed to address the spiritual needs of individuals seeking deliverance and spiritual warfare training and prayer. The program includes spiritual counseling (which Channel did with Rev ********************** on May 15th at 11:15 AM), warfare prayers, and teachings on maintaining deliverance During this counseling and training process, all participants receive materials (Deliverance Training Manual, Books, Certificate of completion, T-shirt and others.. which ************* confirmed the receipt of the same materials in the mail).
We offer two sessions: Online and Onsite.
Online sessions are for those who for one reason or the other, were not able to be physically present for the training. The difference for online is, those who sign up for an online package and desire major deliverance ministration during this boot camp, can as well be present in our location on the last day of the boot camp if they so desire. For others who will prefer to have the entire program online, they dont have to be present at our location, as long as they dont require personal deliverance ministration.
Chanel R. was informed multiple times about our policies and options for deliverance, which she agreed with by signing of registration. This policy includes a non-refundable registration fee. On May 24th, at 6:10 Pm, which is the 2nd day of the program, *************, expressed interest in attending a future Bootcamp in person, as evidenced by her message. Quote: If a deliverance Bootcamp is next year I be going in person for sure. Going with this message we believe she must have been online from 8AM to 6:10 PM, which motivated her to want to join the upcoming bootcamp. Because up unto this moment there was no complaint of her inability to join the zoom.
When she got back to us, we forwarded all evidence from all online participants who received the same link that was sent to Chanel at the same time and day. There was no complaint from any participants during the entire online sessions.
We believe there has been a misunderstanding, and we have reached out to Chanel R. to clarify and resolve any concerns. We will provide a detailed response through your ONLINE COMPLAINT system as requested.
Attached are our proofs of communications in this matter.

Better Business Bureau
Calvary greetings Channel Ray,
We acknowledge receipt of your complaint and assure you that we are actively addressing your case. You signed up for a training session and waited until the end to ask for assistance while the training was still in progress. This delay in seeking help is not the fault of the instructor but yours. Regrettably, this has resulted in your failing the class.
Please understand that everyone involved in this ministry is committed to their responsibilities and dedicated to helping those in need. This ministry has a history of supporting many individuals and will continue to do so.
Rev. **********************, as previously mentioned, has numerous obligations and cannot always address individual matters directly and immediately.
The registration fee was clearly stated as non-refundable, and we maintain that no errors were made on our part. The link provided to you was the same one used successfully by many others. It was your responsibility to reach out for assistance immediately if you encountered issues. We have documented proof of all communications sent, including those to your email.
Despite this, Rev. ********************** has graciously offered to support you for Christs sake, not due to any fault on our part. We believe it is important to address this matter to demonstrate accountability.
Processing a refund in a ministry context involves a thorough process, as funds allocated for the boot camp were used accordingly. None of these funds go into Rev. **********************s pocket. A fee may be deducted for administrative costs, including book and printing fees, etc... . We will inform you of the remaining amount once the team reaches a consensus.
Rest assured, your refund has been requested, and we will inform you of any updates as soon as we can issue your refund, as explained to you before.
Moreover, we must inform you that you are hereby terminated from all our future events, training, or sessions under Rev. ********************** Solomon. If we encounter your registration or attendance in any of our programs, you will be dismissed and canceled immediately.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we go through the procedure of refunding you.
Sincerely,
Hadassah G
