    Customer satisfaction is a measure of how happy your customers are with your product or service. And for many businesses, its the difference between success and failure. To be able to turn their customers unfortunate incident into a fortunate circumstance that goes above and beyond expectations is greatly appreciated. The service they provide is considerate and courteous and efficient. Youll get a team of guys that work well independently, in pairs, and as a crew. *********************, owner of AirRix, came out to the house by referral. My first impression of him was that he is very knowledgeable in this business and he is passionate about his company.Every guy working for AirRix came at the scheduled time. They were never late and worked diligently every time they showed up. The coordination they have with scheduling their tasks is very impressive. There wasnt a question left unanswered nor any details left unknown. They explain everything they will be doing, the reason why, and what to expect for the end result. I trust this company 100% and that is not something I can say about most companies or even people in general. AirRix will prove that they care about their customer being not only satisfied but happy. I had a learning experience for sure with the entire process of how the claim was handled, but I am glad that my house looks better than it did before the pipe burst. To those complaints, some people are just greedy in this world and can forget to appreciate those that contributed to them getting more and being better than what they started with or had at the time. If you end up being a customer of **********************, youll know exactly what I mean just as every former customer knows this to be true.To the owner of AirRix, *********************, thank you for being in this business! Your concern for your customers is superb and noticeable and appreciated. Thanks for always staying in contact from start to finish. You really do go the extra mile.

    My house had water damage from burst pipes. ********************* sent his guys to work on my house out of state because I was referred to him by a previous client/good friend of his. I paid for his guys trip here and back, daily food, and hotel (Around $1,000)Full turnkey service thru the whole homeowners claim process. We can handle the entire claim from beginning to end is what he has on his website. Anything and everything for his clients to get the biggest settlement. Until he gets his payment. All communication stops. To and from. Actually, expect to be BLOCKED. My calls go directly to voicemail now.He stopped all work once I had his payment. Hed answer the phone in an INSTANT while I had his payment. But no further work was done until he would receive his payment. He did his work, his payment happened to come to me, I sent his payment through ***** with next day shipping, so he could get his payment quickly, because thats what is fair and what Im supposed to. No question about that on my part.I received a payment from the insurance companys adjusters absolute lowest calculated damage payment. According to ****, the adjuster probably knew that I had somebody taking care of my claim by the jargon Id used in the conversation, so the adjuster knew a supplement would follow his estimate regardless. **** assured me not to worry though, because he had his numbers for all these different types of scopes. But all that stopped once he received his payment. Now Im sitting here with construction complete from the damage with a payment so little, to cover BARELY one-fifth of the cost to fix the damage.In conclusion: *********************, or Airrix, is a scam. His company is fairly new, his website says since 2018. *I sent him his payment on March 11, 2023. The check cashed out on March 16, 2023. Today is May 1, 2023. I gave him more than a months time to reach back out or to actually do work before writing this review.*
