*********************** also goes by AJ. AJ was the person I worked with the entire time from beginning to end. He was very professional and knowledgeable when he came out to give me an estimate (March 25, 2022). I hire him March 28th, 2022, with him to start the work on Mon April 4, 2022, sometime that morning. I asked him whats a realistic timeframe for him to complete the remodeling. He said, I want to say give me until the end of that week. All during the signing of the agreement & deposit being paid he was very responsive. Mon April 4,2022, I texted and called him around 8am to find out what time will he be at my house to start the job. His phone was going directly to voicemail I tried for 2hours to contact him (1st red flag). He finally responded to me around 10:30am. I asked him to refund my deposit ($2880.00). He said Hey Im sorry Im not trying to put you on your toes or give you any red flags! I was away from my phone this morning due to lack of sleep last night with my son, but I assure you I will be there! Im not going to run off on you or anything of that sort! Today Ill be doing demolition. Demolition was completed Mon April 4, 2022. (Red flag #2) He asked for a second deposit ($2000.00) which was never stated in the first ***************** before money was exchanged. I told him I wasnt comfortable giving him another $2000.00. He said he needed to buy supplies. I bought the supplies he said was needed than for good faith I paid him $500.00. He come whatever time is convenient for him. He does sloppy work there is no consideration for my time. One day he went to lunch and water run not sure for how long, but the garage was soaking wet. That night we had to go without water until his plumber came the next day. That same day he had is plumber come out he asked for an additional $500. We are into the second week he is asking for more money this time $100.00 for dry wall need. He never showed on Friday April 15th, and I sent him the money. I didnt expect
