My complaint is Reagan Medical's deceptive billing process. I went for an *** on 12/10/2024 and was told I had to pay for the *** due to insurance issues, but will be refunded once the insurance company agreed to pay, so I paid $450 of the $900. I called my insurance company ***** and they informed me they will pay it and they even called Reagan Medical to inform them of payment. Two weeks later I followed up and was told it will be 15 to 20 business days to process the payment and they will Zelle me the money. I continue to call and get the run around and I still haven't received my refund. I wish I would of checked with the BBB before hand, because this company has a history of unscrupulous billing practices.

My spouse and I have been patients at *** since 2019, making the effort to travel an hour each time because we trusted the care and professionalism. Unfortunately, our recent experience has left us disappointed and questioning that trust. When scheduling our recent annual wellness exams, I specifically mentioned that these were preventive visits, and we were assured by the staff that they would be covered under our insurance. At the front desk, we reconfirmed this while providing our insurance card. During the appointment, the nurse offered flu shots, and I asked directly if they were covered. She confidently said they were free, so we ********* our surprise, we received a bill after the visit for services we were never informed would incur charges. In the past, any additional costs like blood work or ECGs were clearly discussed beforehand, so this lack of transparency was unexpected and frustrating.Weve also reached out to the billing and grievance departments multiple times via email to resolve this issue, but theres been no response. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the practice.I urge RMC to review this matter and waive the charges, as this situation was entirely avoidable with proper communication. Experiences like this make it hard to continue recommending or trusting a place we once valued.

The business is refusing to provide a refund for a service provided for my daughter. Visit was paid on the same day that care was provided. Insurance has now provided payment for the visit, therefore a $75 needs to be issued.

I went to ***** Med ctr at the ******* location *************) in September 2021 for covid testing with another another coworker. I presented my ****** insurance card prior to the service and after. There did not appear to be any issues. My coworker and I left at the same time and went back to work because the test were negative. I visited the location again in early 2022 because I was running a fever. I gave them the same insurance and went home, test was negative. In the following weeks I received 2 bills totaling $900 for these test. I called the billing department and was advised they never received my insurance information. I thought this was odd since I was there twice, and filled out my insurance information at pre-screening on line prior to the visit and I gave them my insurance card before the test. At thus time I gave them all of the information again over the phone. A week later I received another phone call and an invoice for $900.I visited the ****************** location and gave them my insurance again. Two weeks later they were calling again for payment, and no insurance information. I explained how many times I provided this information. I called a few places including my insurance carrier ti find out that covid testing was free to patients at that time and my plan covered 100%. I advised The medical ctr to file claim as they promised up front to collect their fee and I gave them all the information one more time, I asked them to stop calling and telling me they don't have my insurance, when we all know they have everything. I checked this issue with my coworker, and she told me she did not have any issues, and the insurance were had with Lucent paid 100%.I never heard from ***** Medical Ctr until recently when I received another bill, and now they are threatening to send me to collections.***** Medical Ctr is the most obstinate company I have ever dealt with and I need help resolving this issue, that I do not owe them $900.

Thus facility advertised diagnostic imaging such as MRI, X-rays , and CT scans. I had 3 MRI performed and 1 xray. The facility did not say that my doctor would be unable yo read the results provided on a CD because their diagnostic machines are old and outdated. The diagnostic tests I paid for are useless.

Had a Cat scan 2/2024. My insurance was billed but Reagan Medical sent me a bill due on receipt. I called and paid via phone immediately. Then insurance paid them. I have been calling billing weekly waiting for the refund of my money $565.82 ever since insurance paid them on 3/19/24. I am told the check is in the mail, give us your Zelle account so that we can refund to you quickly. No one returns my call after leaving countless messages.

Reagan Medical keeps harassing me about not having received pmts. I made 2 pmts of $200 thru their portal and I rcd confirmations. Unfortunately, I did not take a screen shot. However, the same woman who keeps calling says they have been declined. Same thing she said a month ago She has given me no explanation why they were declined and appears to have done NOTHING to research with her tech ***** In the meantime. I have a pmt of $200 reflected on my bank statement. I'm not paying anything else until they grow up and do their job

Date of transaction : 6-7-23. The out of pocket bill was collected by ***** and in fact they were overpaid because Cigna billed me $167 but I had paid $25 on site. Eventually nearer to year end Cigna refunded me $25.00. Every month since June 2023 I have been receiving demand letters and invoices for this $142. I have mailed, faxed and emailed and spoken to different collectors who seem to not have acknowledged the payment as real. Now today January 30, ****, the same bill collection calls have started agaon. Everytime I email the prrof of payment they act as if they know nothing about this.

I was accidentally billed the wrong healthcare provider through a third-party billing company that processes the payments. Not recognizing the mistake I paid my bill online a month or so later I got a late payment from the actual health care facility that I went to stating that I did not pay the bill. Once I went back and looked it had Reagan medical instead of the healthcare provider that I had recently went to. Ive been trying to get this refund from Reagan Medical for three months now. Because Im not a patient of theirs Ive received no help due to this matter. *** reached out to the billing department multiple times and get that theyre going to take care of it but they never do. Sometimes the manager ******* even ignores/ hangs up my phone call. When I do get someone the phone they are very rude about the situation. Ive been told multiple times that the system is down, they cant transfer me to a manager, etc. I just want the refund back so I can pay the actual company that I went to.
