    We used this company to replace roof of our primary residence AFTER they sold their service saying if replacement is done through insurance they will not charge deductible and also put gutter guards for free - that is why we bought their service and allowed to file a claim through insurance - they sold same no deductible and free gutter guards to all homeowners in our neighborhood - we were happy with their service so decided to use them for roof at our rental property- realized insurance is ACV and costing much more and decided to do it on our own but then my mom passed away and i was gone for few months and then their manager was out of country for few months and when we all tried moving forward they decided to change the price on the roof and increase by 600 initially and then thousands after that. they offered another brand of roof saying that would be cheaper but still good quality and warranty. On the day they were installing i stopped their service and told them the shingles look very uneven and very very bad quality and they said it is because it is cold and it will settle - I knew that was not true but they said they need to complete installation as it may rain and that they will fix what needs to be fixed later on if it does not improve. 6 months later the shingles look exact same - very very cheap quality and uneven - there is no leak and i have been very clear about that from day one but they go beating around **** and not address my concern about look and cheap quality. So much so that they keep bringing up my primary residence from more than 1 year ago & NOW also refuse to do anything PLUS saying i owe them deductible if my primary residence which was NEVER to be paid - this is how they think they can ignore my complaints on my rental home and not taking any ownership or responsibility and such bad quality work, Have prolonged my complaint for last 6 months.

    thank you for to take the time on your comment , like you said we build your first house 2 years ago and you was very satisfied with our building and product the we install. On your second home like you said we install a product the you choose and agree on the contract the you sign . ( this house you paid from your pocket and we install the product base on your budget ) on may 20 a technician went to your property and you was agree the our installation base on your warranty its good and dont have ,any problem , at this point we will like to thank you for be a loyal client and gives a second job.

    I am rejecting this response because they are lying about sending someone to my rental home and talking to me. As mentioned i stopped the installation the minute i saw the cheap quality of uneven shingles being installed - the office manager lady gave **** excuse that it will settle and look even - 6 months have passed but nothing has settled - they never shared photos of house showing these shingles would be so uneven - I was only given photo of color which i had approved - the shingles they used are not the brand that they had offered or agreed to and lied to me - infact now they are trying to say i owe them deductible which show how they practice and sell their service and when customer complaints they start giving stories about everything else and not deal with the issue. they have taken 6 months and done absolutely nothing and no one from their business calls or talks despite repeated request and office manager is the only one who does that. infact they had promised referrals also for giving them more business but then later refused to give that too - not an ethical company that you can trust - they will go behind your back and cheat you

    Hello , aging in GSS like you can see we never have complain with any type of satisfaction or problem with our client for many year , in this case , ********* like you explain your insurange paid for ACV policy ( you was responsable to paid for the difference the your policy dont cover ) but we help you with your Budget the for us was not profit . We send you the shingle sample and you choose the type of shingle the have 30 years warrantys.
