            Biltmore Contracting was provided with PO 650242-002 from **************************** to fix some issues stemming from my heating and ac units installation which included repairing my ceiling in my loft. They completed the repairs and painted the ceiling. The issue that I have is they painted the ceiling with a different color of paint from what I have currently, in addition to a glossy paint versus a flat paint. They completed the painting I believe the week of Sept. 12, 2022. I have been reaching out to the company since Sept. 28, 2022 with my last contact date of Oct. 4, 2022 and have not received a response from *******************************. I initially reached out to ******************************* via text messages and voicemail and also provided him with pictures of the job letting him know I am not satisfied with the work and he did not respond back. After Oct. 4, 2022 I started reaching out to *************************. I reached out to **** on multiple occasions as well and have not been provided with any resolution to the issue. I am disappointed that someone would come to my home and not care about the work ethic and how they have left my ceiling looking. I would really appreciate it if they would fix their mistake. I asked **** how he would feel if someone did this to his home? Something as simple as painting a ceiling correctly is not a big job and is not hard to fix.
