My name is *********************************, I am a retired disabled veteran and a business owner. This company reached out to us stating that they will provide an estimate for a roof repair. On 08/10/2023, a representative named *************************** inspected our roof and refused to provide an estimate. On 08/25/2023, an adjuster from our insurance company inspected our roof, provided an estimate, and found damages that this contractor overlooked. Our insurance company did not approve for any contractor to conduct any repairs to our home. *************************** provided her business card (She is the Project Manager) and I provided mine to her as well along with letting her know what our rates are. She verbally stated that her company would use mine to conduct employee background checks and that her family would use my company as well for additional services. I have not received any additional inquiries regarding the verbal agreement. *************************** has since shown up at my property multiple times demanding to speak to me about their company's process. As a detective, I informed her that it is not suitable to just show up at my property demanding to talk with me as I am busy all week. On 08/29/2023, I requested again to receive an estimate from her company as my insurance company requires one to move forward. She again refused to provide one and as a result, my insurance denied my request for repairs and closed our claim for repairs. On 09/05/2023, at 3:23 PM, *************************** sent me a text message stating she needed 5 minutes to talk with me. Then she continued to threaten me, and my family and stated she (Personally) would place a lien on my home. As a detective, I know that is not possible as nothing has been signed, no estimates have been provided, no verbal or contractual agreement has been made and no money has exchanged hands. In addition to this, later that day at approximately 7:50 PM, as I was walking outside to speak to a neighbor, her company truck pulled in front of my neighbor and interrupted our conversation. If she really needed to speak with me, that was the time to clear up any misunderstandings on her part, but that did not take place. On 09/06/2023, a police report will be filed for harassment and threats to myself and my family. Furthermore, ************** *************************, according to the Georgia Secretary of State is the owner of her company Georgia Sky Roofing, LLC. In preparation for my civil suit against ***************************, we have secured investigative information for our case. The owner and *************************** have the same social security number and reside at the same residence. No contractor license number is listed on her business card or any fliers provided and the company does not have a website. I need *************************** and the owner to provide a written apology for her actions and I will drop my civil suit. If that does not happen, I will press forward with our suit.

    09/12/2023

hello this is *********************** and i am the owner of Georgia Sky Roofing. We have a SIGNED agreement stating we would be the ones inspecting, showing up for the adjuster inspection & being the contractor for ANY work (page 2 number 7). We also get paid what the insurance provides AS STATED ON OUR SIGNED CONTRACT (page 2 number 1) dated 08/02/2023. we SENT over the contract and you ***, FAILED to acknowledged. ***** has phone records that *** made the first contact while replacing the roof in the front neighbors house 08/02/2023.

We have your inspection images (total of 40) on 08/07/2023 I can assure you we did NOT lookover anything. We as well have pictures that we (*****) did in fact go to the adjuster meeting (waited 36 minutes) she even assisted the said adjuster and the adjuster took a picture of her business card 08/25/2023.***** asked for claim details to send the estimate to the insurance company and you failed to provide ANY (attached image).

We are working with his neighbor he is adding; who stopped ***** (as we completed another project) about an insurance matter & *** went into his home. After 4 times to attempt to contact him why should we further pursue this matter? the blatantly disregards and disrespect for the time & resources spent is why ***** DIDNT stop and speak to you.

everything you have written is fabricated we kindly ask YOU sir write an apology because this is serious case of DEFAMATION toward the company & ***********

We sincerely wish you a good day or night and have a blessed week.
