            We couldnt be happier with the outstanding service we received from The Roofing Company and its owner, *******. From beginning to end, they exceeded our expectations and made the entire process seamless.******* and his team took care of everything, starting with filing a claim for our wind-damaged roof with our insurance company. They were on-site when the insurance adjuster arrived, ensuring every necessary detail was documented in the report. Over the course of a month, they handled all the back-and-forth communication with the insurance company, fighting to ensure we received the coverage we deserved.Once our claim was approved, they worked closely with us to select the perfect roof for our home. We had always dreamed of upgrading our shingle roof to a metal roof that would last a lifetime, and ******** expertise made it easy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different metal roof styles, colors, and benefits, and worked directly with ***************** to ensure the materials were custom-manufactured to fit our home. ******* even arranged for ****, the owner of *****************, to meet with us at our home to explain their process and quality standards for the Tuff-Rib roofing we chose.When it came time for installation, their crew was professional, respectful, and careful to protect our home and landscaping. The installation took about three days, and ******* kept us updated throughout the process. After the roof was completed, he made sure to promptly address a few minor details we noticed, ensuring everything was perfect.Were absolutely thrilled with our new roof and have received so many compliments from neighbors and friends.             It was very useful getting the free inspection from *****. Good to know that the roof does not have to have anything done right now but need to keep an eye on it for the future. Also, no pushy hard sell like you sometimes get.
