    I placed an order for a shirt in August that was $60 and still havent received it and the seller is ignoring all emails and messages.

    We placed an order with the store on August 25th and were charged the $120 associated with order #TK4335. The order was never shipped and no refund ever issued. We attempted to contact the store but its no longer open/working on a relaunch. We then filed a complaint with *******, the platform used for ordering and shipping by TooKold. That was over two weeks ago with no follow up or refund.

    On June 12th I ordered my son 2 shirts from this website. I received an email stating that they had hit a bump in the road and there would be a delay on the order. It states that shopify was holding onto their funds, which put them in a tough spot financially. It ended by saying to expect a tracking date within 2 weeks. On June 21st I received a coupon and new releases. On June 22nd I received a coupon. After emailing the company on August the 6th to tell them I haven't received my refund, I received this email saying that "We will begin issuing refunds on eligible car payments within 5 days from (June 14th, 2024). I still have not received my order or a refund!!!!

    We sincerely apologize for the experience youve had with your recent order placed on June 12th, 2024. We understand your frustration and want to ensure that we take immediate action to resolve the issue.


    First and foremost, we want to clarify the situation that led to the delays. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen hold on our funds by our payment processor, Shopify, we encountered significant financial challenges that directly affected our ability to fulfill orders on time. This was an unexpected situation, and we took immediate steps to communicate the delays to all affected customers, including yourself, via email.


    Regarding your order, our records show that we communicated the anticipated delay and provided an estimate of when you could expect to receive a tracking update. We also sent promotional emails during this period, as part of our regular customer outreach. However, we completely understand how this could have been perceived as insensitive given the delay in your order.


    We regret to hear that you have not yet received your refund. We initiated the refund process on June 14th, 2024, and communicated that refunds would begin being issued within 5 days. It appears there has been a delay in processing your refund, and for that, we are truly sorry.


    To rectify this situation:


    1.Refund Status: We will escalate your refund request with our payment processor immediately. If the refund has already been processed, it should reflect in your account shortly. We will send a confirmation once the refund has been completed.
    2.Order Status: If you prefer to receive your order instead of a refund, please let us know, and we will prioritize the fulfillment of your order with expedited shipping at no additional cost.


    We deeply value your business and understand how important it is to regain your trust. We are committed to improving our processes to prevent similar issues in the future.
