    I purchased a Bra for a wedding in July said it would arrive in 5-7 days never did, I contacted them to cancel and they said I couldnt because it was already in warehouse do be sent out, then it said it couldnt be delivered after contacting them again to cancel then it mysteriously arrived after my wedding (which i had to purchase another bra somewhere else) I continued to contact to return because it does not fit and arrived after needing they have continue to give me a run around. I contacted my cc company and they said it couldnt be resolved with them since i did make the purchase I had to cont the company direct and resolve with them which i have and as of today still keep telling me its with the bank and I even sent them a copy of the letter confirming that it is closed to contact them for refund. This is going on way to long for $27.00 I even went and returned the bra to them as well even though they told me to keep it . I dont want something that I cant use I just want my money back in full for wt i paid. Plz help me

    Ordered a product April 15, 2022, received it May 13, 2022, Item was not as describe. I requested returned label and a full refund of $59.98 as of today seller has not sent neither.

    The company is using other companys videos to false advertise about their products. They also sent me and others faulty/ damaged items and didnt want to provide full refund. I was able to call and get them to agree to give me a full refund because my item was damaged. They are saying they will email me the return address and give the refund once they receive the item back. On their website it says (in underlined) they will cover return shipping. When I asked why my return shipping is not being covered as stated on the website, they said because we dont find your item faulty were just making an exception. How is sending someone a supposedly brand new item with thread coming undone not considered faulty.
