On May 13, 2024 , I purchased window blinds from *****. The installer did the measurements, ordered the blinds. I sent a check electronically from my checking account. Paid in full. The installer brought the shades in July 10. He installed the first shade, and after putting the 2nd shade up it was wrinkled and crinkled. Had him to take it down and contact company for replacement. The 3rd blind was not installed because the company had sent the wrong remote. The installer and I went back and forth. The company sent 2 or 3 remotes to him but they were not the right one. Finally the installer called and said he had the replacement shade and he came to install. The 2nd blind was fine. The 3rd blind that we had so much trouble getting a remote for turns out to be different than the other 2. I did not allow him to install it, and asked for him to contact the company and have them to send one that matched my other 2. I finally recieved a call and a message saying that the materials were on hold until probably Jan.2025. I asked for a refund . I have been in touch with lowes and spring window fashions, as well as a represenative from installations made easy. I was finally told that they would refund my money for the one shade that I did not get, but that they would not refund the tax on the shade. The shade cost ******* plus 6 % tax ***** for a total of *******. It is now Oct.1, and I have not recieved my refund. I have made several attempts to get some resolution. Who ever heard of such. You pay tax when you buy something but they don't want to refund the tax on the product that they supposingly are sending a refund for. I was told that the refund, not the tax would be electronically deposited to my bank in 5-7 business days. This was on September 17. It's now October 1st and I do not have my money.. I just want my refund and will not do business with this *** Again.

Since Lowes sub contracted our roof and gutter system to Installations *************** then to Suncoast, roofing and solar we have faced numerous issues, including:Damaged driveway sections.Trees harmed by falling pallets.Cracks in ceilings across six rooms.Personal injuries from stepping on roofing nails.Flooding due to improper gutter installation, causing damage to floors and floor molding.Water stains on the ceiling.Constantly bailing water from the lanai to prevent indoor flooding.Sinking pavers and lawn erosion due to ongoing flooding over the past 2-3 months. On July 29, we discovered a roof leak. ***** has refused to review the damages and voided my two-year warranty without reasoning.Despite working with ***** since February 21, 2024, and numerous attempts to contact *************************** and his leadership team, we have received no resolution. The problems appear to stem from poor craftsmanship, lack of oversight, and failure to follow up.Immediate assistance is required.***********************

This involves ****** installation service. I found out they are not ****** employee's. They are subcontractors of an online only company. The phone number that is listed on bank statement is an invalid number. A good number is ************. This particular installer busted water lines and wouldn't repair. so he couldn.t finish install . He wanted me to do it and repair the water leaks. He didn.t know how to widen opening to get it in. Just remove drywall strips on 2x4.s. He got water on the inside of cabinet floor and floor pan. No receipt or invoice . What a scam. Very poor service and way overpriced

Countertops installed 1/22/24 and were damaged. The fabricator remaking countertops have ignored me since calling them on 3/4, emailing on 3/10 and calling again, leaving a message on 3/13. I then contacted Installation Made Easy via email asking for a refund on 3/17 and after NUMEROUS phone calls and emails they havent refunded my money or let me know where I stand in being compensated so that I can hire another company who can do the job correctly and takes care of their customers, unlike **********************.

In October 2023 We had a counter top installed by ****** a subcontractor (I did not choose them) for Lowes Home Improvement. My first clue was the incompetence of the sales man at ***** and I honestly I should have stopped there. My Husband took the day off so that he could be there when they were installing. During the installation they completely perforated the counter top by s******* a hole right through the top all the way through. This counter top is formica so it is over high density counter board and will be ruined if water seeps in there. On top of that they did a horrible job caulking and now only 6 months later it is already completely separated in most of the areas caulking was used. My husband can do the work himself but we were looking for convenience and efficiency. He observed the incompetence. It was not til after they left he noticed the s**** through the top. My Husband immediately called the next day. We were told this issue was going to be elevated and someone would get back to us. We heard nothing and left several messages with several different numbers and transfers from Lowes customer service and ******. Crickets..I receive an Email February 2024 that they have a contractor coming out for installation. I'm like huh? What installation? Well they took it upon themselves to arrange for this without consulting with us if this was a reasonable accomodation. It was not! That is $500 my Husband loses for more missed time. Then the labor to un install the sink and remove everything from the cabinets etc. The worst part is if they damage anything when they are correcting THEIR MISTAKE, we are responsible for the repair! Absolutley NOT! This is a completely finished kitchen and why would we be responsible for their incompetence? Here we are April 24th and still no call back! We call multiple times a week and have gone into the store! No resolve. They closed my account so I cannot even see the contract. Now threats of collection !

On July 5th ******************************************* my house. I called next day because of the many installation issues. After contacting the store and no one returning e mails or phone calls I got a hold of the executive customer service. After many e mails and phone calls finally got the contractor to come and look at the issues I was told he took care of the issues which he didn't and told executive customer service to get to the point it has been over six months to get the granite replaced. I was completely renovating the house so the 6 months really held up everything. Now I am asking for some compensation and they offered $650 I will never do business with ***** again no acountability terrible customer service no contractor oversight !!!
