On May 26, 2023 National Sustainable Energy Group installed a **** system in my home. The cost was $5,500. The company stated that the **** system came with a 10 year warranty on the system with a 1 year labor. The business has not provided me with the paperwork. I have contacted the owner on several occasions by phone(i.e. June 14th@ 3:04pm; June 15th@10:28am). I also followed up with text messages on June 14th, June15th .After our June 15th. phone conversation, the owner indicated that he had staffing problems and for me to send my address information and he would get the paperwork to me. I followed up with a text message reaching out to the owner on July4th. and have not heard a reply. This information/paperwork is valuable to me for maintaining the unit and for future sale of the home. As of this date I don't have warranty/labor papers after 10 weeks. I paid the company in good faith and they have failed in executing their part thru completion.

Good afternoon, The young lady that handle our warranty registration has been on extended maternity leave. as the owner of my company in handing this matter. ******************************* is correct in what she saying.
