My kids and I waited without water at the park without fountains for over 2 hours before they canceled their dispatch on is. They could have called and given some type of warning at a sooner point. It's selfish and greedy to accept the dispatch offer if you don't think you can make it. And then even furthermore to completely cancel when we've already been waiting here over 2 hours.

Never ANSWER!! LIARS! THEY WAITED OVER 2 hrs. This is very sad

They deserve a zero, but I cant indicated that here. Provider was a no show after accepting a flat tire call via my roadside assistance with Geico. They never showed up and they didnt answer their phones. Terrible service and they endanger people who are stranded and vulnerable.

We where on the side of the hwy I have a condition so its hard for me to change tire they said 60 minutes that pass then they said the driver was on a call then said 45 minutes 2 hours went by called again they said 7 minutes that turned in to 3 hours they should not be in business there the worst j

H.E.L.P. Roadside Assistance is an unprofessional and untrustworthy company. Yesterday at 8:21am I submitted a request for a jump. At 8:33 I received a text stating service would arrive in ***** minutes. At 9:43 I received another text stating service would arrive in 28 minutes. At 10:19 I saw on the digital map that service was down the street, but then disappeared. (No, I wasnt in an unsafe area. I dont know why they would leave without notice.) My insurance called to see if anyone had come, to which I responded telling them how the service was near but disappeared. My insurance representative told me she saw that too. I told her I never physically saw anyone. She told me she was unable to get in touch with H.E.L.P., and perhaps the person was lost. We agreed to wait a little longer. Throughout this time I also attempted calling a total of 6 times. No one ever answered. Since no one was answering and the provider literally left the area without explanation, I eventually requested a different company through my insurance. The nice, helpful gentleman who was dispatched finally arrived after the next company was on the way, unaware of any of this or that the request was even cancelled. I will never interact with this company again, after being left in 17 degree weather all that time with no communication.

H.E.L.P Roadside Assistance left me out in the cold for over 3 hours. No one never arrived to assist me with my car lockout. The text stated that someone arrived to assist me. I was standing bedside my car and I saw no one. When you call them, no one picks up the calls. I had to call my insurance company for another roadside company and he arrived within 15 minutes.

We ran out of gas on the side of the highway in the middle of the night. Were told the tow was 30 minutes away. At the original ETA the driver called to ask if we still wanted him to come. Yes? We have no choice? Given another 30 minute eta. Called dispatch at 45 minutes who were rude and unhelpful and told us the driver said he got on scene and we werent there so he went off shift then blew off my calls. Continued to blow us off. Sat on the side of the road for hours until our truck died and my phone died and we had to call the police to help us. Absolutely disgusting business practices. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Needed a jump start placed order with my insurance app and was assigned these clowns. After a 2 hour wait I called for an update and was told they only have one driver and he's headed to a location almost a hour and a half away. No apologies no sorry for not updating it in the system and the rude person who answered state it will be 2-3hours and if I didn't like it call my insurance Company and get it reassigned. EXACTLY what I did. Worse Company ever with the nasty customer service to match

On July 19, 2023 at 7:50am I contacted geico roadside assistance for a lockout. I was assigned ************ for assistance. I called the 888phone number and a gentleman answered the phone and did not say hello. I said good morning and he finally said hello. I asked for the estimated eta on the lockout for my vehicle and he stated one hour and 30 minutes. I explained that ***** said that they were on their way and to clarify that that information was not true. He hung up the phone on me. When I called back three times, he picked the phone up and hung it back up. I would not recommend this company.

I would give 0 stars. Starting at 9:30am put in a request for a flat tire and throughout the day got multiple txt that est time would 60-120min. Then 30 min then 120 min again. After 530 pm got a txt from my insurance company after H.E.L.P never arrived. The insurance company finally has another company coming out. Never use this company. I have let my insurance company know to never use H.E.L.P ever again.
