  They just work for our replaced our whole roof on 22. Its been not even three years and the roof is leaking around the chimney and I have pictures of a shotty job that they did. Weve been calling them for a month and a half and nobody has returned our phone call, we had another roofing company come and look at it and they said theres for them to fix the roof would be $3200 because its not done right and heres pictures to prove it

  We hired Prodigy to replace our roof after storm damage. This past March. It was covered by our insurance company. The owner ***** was told by the insurance company that he needed to provide pictures of the flashing that was damaged so the siding that was removed from the house would be covered in the repairs. He did not do this, so the insurance company would not cover replacing all the wood siding they removed. We are stuck with around $13,000 worth of damage that was not covered due to his lack of follow through and due diligence. The insurance company contacted him to get the pictures with no response. My husband and I contacted ***** several times with no response. This is horrible customer service. This needs to be made right and he should cover the cost because it was due to his negligence that the remaining repairs werent covered. We now have exposed areas where the siding has not been replaced. In addition, the workers caused damage to our screened in porch and the door when they were throwing things off the roof. The screen was ripped and the bottom of the door damaged that was not repaired.

  Prodigy Roofing installed a new roof on my 80 year-old, disabled veteran fathers home. The roof was installed due to hail damage and had no leaks at the time. After the roof was installed we noticed a leak and immediately called them since the roof has a warranty. They sent an employee out to look at the roof and all he did was caulk the area and left. Next time it rained the same area was still leaking. Called again, they sent same employee out. He proceeded to tell me he could not fix the leak and that he had told the owner this on his last visit. I tried to call to ask if the owner would come out to take a look, but they are avoiding all calls. I have never been able to reach anyone in the office again since this last visit. This roof is 1 year old with a warranty. All we have asked is that they repair what damage they have caused. Do not use this company!
