The date of the transaction was 9/7/24. I paid Davis and Mays Air Control Inc. the Full Requested amount of $200.00. I called Davis HAVC to fix my home air conditioning unit. They got the unit running that afternoon, however the unit Stopped running that night around 10pm. I Davis HAVC that night and left a voicemail with them and called them on 9/8/24 and made several more calls to them that next week until they came back to look at the unit. I was promised that they would fix the unit and order the parts needed, but that never happened. I have called several times and went by the office to speak to them in person. They never returned to fix the unit or ordered the part needed. I requested a Full refund and was told no. I am reporting this Davis HAVC for bad business and being untrustworthy. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank You

The main problem that I have with Davis and Mays Air Control Inc is that on 9/7/24 they said that they would fix my Air conditioning unit. They didnt fix the issue. One employee came back on 9/11/24  and told me that I needed a new motor and that they would order it. I waited a week and I didnt hear from them so I went by there office. Then I called them and was told that they couldnt find the motor and I would have to order it myself and that they dont givbe refunds for bad work. I have a family and we need our air conditioning unit working. Davis and Mays Air Control Inc doesnt care about their customers. I am requesting a refund. I attached a picture of the $200.00 payment. Thank You for your time and help

the original problem was with the wires going into the breaker. Which we repaired. The unit did work when we left. The air handler is not well made and needs additional parts to work properly. the air handler never had a warranty on it, making it difficult to find the parts needed to continue this repair. As soon as we can get these parts we will complete the repairs. The only parts we did find were 600.00 and we are attempting to find something within the quoted price range. This needs a 16 speed motor, which are fervently searching for. We did not charge him diagnostic fee on this or a service charge. What he paid was for the wiring into breaker which is completed.

They installed a $3650.00 unit in ************. That winter I sent them pictures of it freezing up. It has been doing it every winter. I believe the air control may be bad on this unit. They came out about another issue and looked at the unit at that time and stated it was just a little ice and that's what will happen. I do not believe this is accurate as the unit will not work in the winter. I have warranty and do not want to have to call another company that I would have to pay to repair it. I want them to address repairing the unit under the warranty. Unit is under warranty for 10 years.
