I am writing today because during my quarterly review of my accounts listed on my credit report, I noticed that this account was charged off with __************ *********** ************ I am requesting that your company please forward me a copy of the 1099-C that was issued by your company when you charged this debt off with the IRS which is required by law for all debts over $600. Please also enclose a printed copy of my payment history or you may also email it to me at ************************* please do not send any marketing or other account information to this email address I have no desire to have spam at this location and I track everything by standard USPS mail at my home address listed above. If for some reason this was an error, please send me the past due amount that will re-establish my account into good standing with your company and payment will be provided within 5 business days of the written confirmation.

    I am not liable for the debt with MIDSOUTH COMMUNITY FCU. I do not have a contract with MIDSOUTH COMMUNITY FCU. You guys need to handle this issue. This has been going on for a long time now that I have seen my information. That's messing my Character & name up as a person. They are in violation & told me 30 days when I had fraud. A identity theft with police report I had attached as well, they are in major violation.

    I reviewed my Consumer Reports and noticed that I had one late payment on an account that I was never late for. Midsouth FCU have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report Consumer information to the best of their ability with Maximum Accuracy. I have never been late on payments for this account: : MIDSOUTH FCU): (Account #******** Please investigate and provide Proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can't be provided, I demand these payments be updated to on time as they should be as I was NEVER Late.

She explained to Ms. ******* why MidSouth reported her late on her loan payment with the credit bureaus. Ms. ******* understood why she was reported late and requested a copy of her statements. Statements were emailed to Mrs. ******* on March *** *****
