    Buying a vehicle at Riverside Ford in Macon GA IS a absolute disappointment. My dad purchased a **** Ford ******** from them with *** miles. HE HAS BEEN A LOYAL FORD CUSTOMER FOR OVER 35 YEARS BUT THIS EXPERIENCE HAS SERIOUSLY IMPACTED OUR VIEW OF FORDS PRODUCTS AND THE DEALERSHIPS THAT SALE THEIR PRODUCTS. FIRST OFF THE THIS SUV WAS A RECENT TRADE IN, I CAN SEE WHY THE PREVIOUS OWNER TRADED IN THE SUV BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND AS TO WHY RIVERSIDE FORD WOULD SO QUICKLY RESALE A PRODUCT THAT HAS SO MANY ISSUES WITH OUT DOING A DEEPER INSPECTION ON THE VEHICLE. THEY DID THEIR "DUE DILIGENCE INSPECTION" BUT AS QUIET AS IT'S KEPT THE TRUCK HAD SEVERAL OPEN RECALLS THAT WERE NOT ADDRESSED BEFORE IT WAS PUT OUT FOR RESALE I SPOKE WITH THE SALES PERSON ABOUT THE ONES I COULD SEE ON THE CARFAX REPORT THE FIRST ONE WAS ABOUT THE REAR AXIAL BOLTS COULD FRACTURE DURING OPERATION THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO ADDRESS IT UNTIL SOMETHING WAS SAID FIRST PROBLEM. THERE WAS ALSO SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE TRUNK NOT RESPONDING TO THE KEYPAD THE DASH BUTTON OR MANUAL MANIPULATION WHICH WAS NOT FIXED PROPERLY. ON THE FIRST DAY OUT FROM THE DEALERSHIP A 2 WARNING LIGHTS POPPED ON ONE FOR ANOTHER RECALL FOR THE FRONT CRASH SYSTEM IS UNAVAILABLE, AND ANOTHER FOR THE FRONT CAMERA REQUIRES SERVICE. I WAS VERY CORDIAL ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE ON THE FIRST WEEK I RETURNED THE CAR TO RIVERSIDE FORD I EXPECTED ABOUT A 5 DAYS TURN AROUND TO REPAIR THE ISSUES WHICH SHOULD NOT HAVE EVEN HAPPENED IF THEY WOULD HAVE ADDRESSED THE ISSUES IN THE FIRST. 2 WEEKS LATER APRIL 31 2024 STILL HAVING PROBLEMS. I CALLED EVERYONE UNDER THE SUN AN EVERYONE IS "SORRY" I HAD TO TRACK DOWN THE ASSISTANT MANAGER LINDSEY BECAUSE SHE SEEMS TO NOT WANT TO TALK BUT PASS OFF THE CALLS TO THE SHOP WHO I HAVE TALKED TO NUMEROUS TIMES ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING I WANTED TO ADDRESS THE DEALERSHIP ABOUT TURING OVER CARS AND BURNING THE CUSTOMER ON TOP OF ALL THIS THEY WOULD NOT EVEN OFFER MY FATHER A LOANER FOR 2 WEEK WITH NO CAR.

    ***. *******, You and I spoke several times individually, in addition to several conference calls with my service director, Keith H*****. I do not repair vehicles which I why I defer to my Service Director's input. We repaired every problem the vehicle had - at no cost to you or your father. It was traded in the day before it was purchased. We put it through a full diagnosis that all used vehicles get, spending nearly $1,000 on it. It had no issues at the time of the diagnosis according to the inspection report. We had to order parts for the recalls to be installed and there is no help for the delay in parts delivery. Again, the vehicle was repaired at zero cost to you or your father - even though there was no extended warranty purchased on the vehicle.

    Amber: This is the email I sent you yesterday. I have called you two times, responded to your Facebook post (you have since hidden the post from me) and emailed you twice. You have not responded to anything.

    I've called you a couple times as well as emailed you about an incident at Riverside Ford yesterday. We both know there is a lot more to the story than your post on Facebook leads people to believe. You paid for a basic and simple oil change and no other services were performed, but we did recommended tires. Your truck is heavily modified and has parts that have been cut out as well as added. The “damage” you're referring to is not damage that could have been done here. We did not encounter anything in relation to your A/C, but whoever modified the truck could have when they cut the bumper, removed the parts that protect the undercarriage from road hazards, and removed the active shutters. An aftermarket turbo intercooler was added as well. The issues were shown to your friend, who proceeded to become verbally aggressive towards everyone he encountered. Derogatory and abusive language on his part is why he was asked to leave. We don’t have to tolerate abusive and offensive language. We even offered to tell you what was wrong with the truck, at no charge to you. As for the claim that we damaged it on purpose, that's absurd. That is false and unappreciated. We wouldn't even be able to repair it because it is so far from factory standards. I consider your Facebook post to be defamatory – I can no longer see it, but I do have a screenshot of it.

    One star is better IMO but here we are I took my car into the shop to have a new clutch installed. Two days later it goes to making even worse noise. Now they are refusing to fix it. $621 to fix something and its not even fixed. I Wouldn't take my car or truck here. Nor would I ever do business with them again they're not trustworthy nor honest. The people working there have a bad attitude and aren't even professional. DONT GO HERE ‼ Service advisor called me a ******* as she is walking off.

    This repair was done in March of this year. We have already spoken to you about the clutch repair on your 1998 ******* in April of this year. We drove your vehicle and heard no such noise in the transmission. We spoke to you and your grandfather.
