            This company is conducting billing fraud. They were paid out by ******* after my visits on 03/**/2019. Nearly, 5 years later on 02/16/2024, I receive an email telling me to pay them $213 dollars as they are sending a bill to collections. The new billing date was for 11/05/2023. I have not been a patient there since my first visit. I did not like the office or the staff. I’ve never been contacted about this bill prior to this email. I’ve had the same phone and email for over 10 years and I was still in Georgia for a year after I was a patient and never received any sort of communication. In addition, I have not lived in Georgia since 2020 and I’m not even in the military any more, which was the only reason I was in Georgia… Furthermore more , I spoke to ******* and they said my responsibility is $0 and the original claim has been closed and was paid by ******* on 04/26/2019 and the reference number to the claims is ********.
