    I bought two cars from this establishment. Needless to say I will put it this way I am very Litious, Please don't spit on me and tell me its raining and don't tell me there is nothing wrong with a car and it has major issues. I was told car number one has no issues it was taken to a shop to fix check engine light and Unbalanced tires on car. I take it to ***** *** and they said Cracked main rear seal hanging broken control arm and the list goes on. Car number 2 Hey check engine light comes on as soon a I start the car when I buy the car. The dealer ship informs me ******* told them that the oil was changed but they didn't do the spark plugs that's why the light is on. Took car to ******* and was told this car was just in here and here are a litany things wrong with it. The previous owner declined to fix any of this. Coming from *******. Mind you you must bring ID and registration to ******* in order for them to touch your car. Guess what ******* said, to not have the check engine light the entire time you were test driving it only means someone tampered with the computer. To fix the ******* Alone is well over 50K

    Please save your time & hard earned money !! Do Not do any type of business with BSW Auto Sales / Chance Automotive Group .. I purchased a car #lemon on June 7, 2024 the next day I started the car it smoked so bad from the tail pipe & it was leaking oil ?? I took it back to BSW talked to Sharod about taking this car back and refunding me my money back.. He stated that he couldn't do that..I talked to Brian he asked me to take the car too ******** ***** for an oil change , he already paid for it ?? I took the car there returned about 45 minutes later ,Chuck told me that he couldn't change the oil because there was an bolt stripped off in this car.. He called Brian an explained what happened and Brian wanted me to bring the car back to BSW ? So I did he told me that he would take it to BMW dealership.. I asked him to have it checked out for the oil leaks / smoking / engine light and battery ?? The next day I was called from BSW saying this car was ready , so when I went into this so called business. I asked Brian did you have all of the issues checked out ?? He said " yeah everything is good, your paperwork is in the car ." The next day the car was still doing the same thing I went to BSW several times. On one visit Sharod had to jump the car off so it would start ? All they would say is " you got a warranty on the car.." So I took this car to BMW dealership to see what's going on with it ?? The service department called an told me that there's $13,000 WORTH OF REPAIRS that needs to be done to this car that I only had less than 2 WEEKS ??? I was taken advantage of and I know BSW knew of the (title) issues with this car.. But looking at the reviews a lot of people are being mistreated by BSW Auto Sales .This is by far the worst black owned business I ever dealt with.. there's so much crooked things they got going on SMH..

    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention through the Better Business Bureau. We deeply regret the issues you've experienced with the vehicle you purchased from us on June 7, 2024. We take customer feedback very seriously and would like to address your concerns in detail.

    First and foremost, our goal is to provide quality vehicles and exceptional customer service, and it seems we fell short in your case.  Regarding the issues with your vehicle, here is our understanding and response:

    Initial Problem Reporting: You reported smoking from the tailpipe and oil leakage the day after purchase. Upon returning the car to us, we agreed to take action by sending you to a third-party service provider for an oil change, which we covered. Unfortunately, the service provider identified a stripped bolt preventing the oil change.

    Subsequent Actions: Following this, we had the vehicle further inspected at a *** dealership. After this inspection, we believed all issues were resolved and communicated that to you.

    Ongoing Issues: We understand that despite these efforts, the problems persisted, leading you to seek a more comprehensive evaluation from the *** dealership, which revealed significant repair costs.

    Warranty Coverage: While we continue to emphasize the availability of the warranty, it appears this was not sufficient to address the vehicle's extensive issues adequately.  Being a ****** vehicle in America, *** service and parts are normally much more than domestic vehicles.  The $13,000 of repairs would be much less if it were an American vehicle.  Used vehicles all have some issues.  Some cause safety issues while others are cosmetic or very minor.  You also have to be cautious that some repair shops are going to try to get all they can out of you.

    Please refer to your warranty which should cover most of the issues you have having.  We apologize for any and all inconveniences.

    I paid for a van they gave me a small car saying all sales are final but that’s not what I paid for

    There were circumstances that led to **. ******** purchasing the smaller vehicle. We applied for credit to purchase the van but they did not approve it. However, they did approve financing on the smaller vehicle. At that time, **. ******** agreed to purchase the vehicle that she was approved for instead of the van. She was fully aware of all the paperwork she signed in person at the office which denoted the ******* ******* she purchased. Copies of all documents are available if the BBB needs to review them. Once her credit increases we will be glad to try to help her get into a van or larger vehicle. We wish you the best.

    This is a HORRIBLE place to purchase a car from. I wish I read the reviews first because it consist of A LOT of warnings. Brian Washington Sold me a car with a bad Transmission…. Yes I purchased it with a warranty but who knew a week later I’d have to use that warranty to get it fixed. He also said that if I purchased a car from him that he would pay my negative equity from my previous totaled vehicle…. Which was around $1980ish. Every time I tried to contact Brian he would always avoid my calls by either hanging up the phone pretending it was a dropped call when he realized it was me , or simply telling me he was busy and had to call back but never called back. I went and did a surprise visit twice at BSW. The first time , he was present, and told his employees to basically tell me what I wanted to hear so I could leave… the second visit I ended up getting cursed out by his brother and being told that he would “kick ** ***” and then Brian called the police and said I was trespassing just so he didn’t have to deal with the matter. PLEASE save yourself some trouble and purchase elsewhere.

    We appreciate your feedback and take all customer concerns seriously. In response to Ms. ******* *****' recent experience at our dealership, we would like to address the issues raised in her review.

    First and foremost, we want to express our regret that Ms. ***** felt the need to resort to aggressive behavior upon her arrival. While we understand that emotions can run high in certain situations, we want to emphasize that threats and disrespectful behavior are not acceptable from customers or our staff. We have taken immediate action and reprimanded the salesman involved in the altercation for responding in a similar manner. At our dealership, we prioritize a respectful and positive environment for both customers and staff.
    Despite several requests for Ms. ***** to engage in a civil conversation, she continued to use foul language and disrespect our staff, which ultimately led to the involvement of the Sheriffs' Department for her removal from the property. We want to assure our customers that we do not tolerate any form of disrespect towards our team members.
    Regarding the mechanical oversight of the transmission in the vehicle purchased by Ms. *****, we acknowledge that no one can predict when a vehicle may encounter challenges. We would like to clarify that the vehicle was sold "As Is," but it came with a Nissan Manufacturer Warranty. We are pleased to hear that Ms. ***** promptly addressed the issue by having her vehicle repaired through Five Star Nissan in Warner Robins, Georgia, with no complications. We believe that the warranty provided the necessary coverage, and we are glad that all terms and conditions were fulfilled during the repair process.
    We understand that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance, and we regret that Ms. *****' experience did not meet our usual standards. We remain committed to providing excellent service and ensuring that our customers have positive interactions with our dealership.

    BSW auto sales on 855 Walnut st. Is horrible they takes loans out at ******** financial for they customers without us knowing anything about it they don't go over any paperwork with you , you don't sign anything or nothing . I left my car at they shop to test drive theirs and when I got back they said they sold my car but I still have the title too my car and everything.They are very rude and smart at the mouth. This has to be something they always do cause they are way too comfortable even the loan company. ******** financial call me I didn't know my account number or anything about the loan . I told them i didn't do the loan and they still approved it even with her on recording telling me I didn't know anything about the loan or she didn't talk too me not once about the loan . ITS FRAUD !!! And need to be STOPPED ASAP!!!

    **. ******** *********** was recorded on a live line, on Wednesday January **, 2022 at ***** am, with a Westlake Financial Rep, confirming and verifying her cash deposit, the trade in of her car that she drove to the dealership and agreement to all terms and conditions of the loan through Westlake Financial. **. ***********, herself, placed full coverage insurance on the vehicle that she purchased. All paperwork was reviewed and e-signed by **. *********** at the time of the vehicle purchase including the email, that she accessed from her personal email from Westlake Financial, completing secondary documents. Westlake Financial is a very reputable business and they would not approve a loan if there was a customer that did not verify their loan paperwork.
    **. ******** *********** is stating that BSW Auto Sales has frauded her however, we operate legally and follow all rules and regulations outlined by the state of Georgia and can provide ALL supporting documentation of this legally binding transaction. **. *********** is providing incorrect and outlandish vitriol.

    My husband purchased a vehicle from the company for our daughter trusting them as he did the paper work we told the tag was in the folder with the rest of the paper work..Rushing cause my husband had to return to work we didn't check.. My daughter was involved in a accident 2 months later and the car was totaled..They asked for the title and that's when we noticed it wasn't in the paper work..Called Mr.Washington and he claimed the state messed up the mileage on the paperwork so they was correcting it and they will send it to us..Didn't sit right with me so I called the tag office and the lady told me the title had a lend on it that's why we didn't receive it...They should be held responsible for they actions because we people enter they business they putting they trust into this company and they only take advantage of people and you wonder why its so hard to trust people today..I know if they did us like this I know its more people they have scammed also...

    The lien in question is from the previous owner and has nothing to do with BSW Auto Sales. BSW Auto Sales LLC is the owner of the vehicle so there would not be a lien. ***** did input the mileage incorrectly. The tile has now been scanned over to the State and also corrected. The title number is ***************. Questions can also be directed to the Department of Revenue, Motor Vehicle Division at ************************, Atlanta, GA 30349, by phone at ***-***-**** who is responsible for issuing the new title in question. We as a dealership follow all Georgia rules and regulations regarding all delivery of titles and vehicles.
