            My complaint is against Extreme as an DISHONEST agent of AHS. The tech was nice and knowledgeable. He understood I have full understanding of the issue and repair. So we agreed on the solution. However someone in the office decided to write an bunch of DISHONEST additional things = modifications?! So this is a complaint against EXTREME an agent of AHS. The owner should be ashamed.

            I am the owner, and I am not ashamed of anything I do as far as people or my company,,customer has a warranty company and there are steps that has to be made prior to any replacements, and if you called an outside company you would pay even more for labor and Freon, even though your part is under warranty, but any kind of copper modifications has to be done,if customer doesnt want to pay for the repairs, we do not come out to exchange part under warranty, so its on the customer to approve this before any further actions can take place

            Extreme heating and air was sent to my home by American Home Shield, to check my air conditioning. The technician reported that the a/c needed new evaporative coils and AHS would have to approve it. *** denied the claim and said I needed to contact Extreme Heating and air to ascertain the cost of the repair. I have reached out several times to the company, spoke with ***** each time. No one has contacted me with the cost to repair, they have not contacted AHS, and I still have no a/c.

            AHS warranty has denied this claim,your home warranty isnt through extreme Hvac and the customer has been told a price to replace the coil of 3200.00

            so instead of putting a complaint on bbb all you have to do is call anyone local to you to get a price for replacing coil,,, and this is my second response
