I had an A/C compressor put on my **** Eagle Talon ESI by Alpha and Omega on 6/9/2020 including Evacuating/Recharge/$667.72. On the latter part of May 2022 the A/C stopped blowing cold ******* took the car back to Alpha and Omega to be serviced with the car seeming to be fine when I left. The first week in June 2022 the A/C was not working again, same symptoms as previous,(the light on the button didn't light up, no air blowing from the vents) whereas I called them, talking w/**** @ front desk. This was on June 1, 2022, Friday when he told me their appointments were being set for the following week at that point. He assured me when he talked to their mechanic that he would call me back that afternoon. He spoke of the warranty on the car and that it would only be good through the next week,Friday June 9,2022 that he would call right back after that conversation. He even made me feel like they didn't want to work on my car "because it had ****************** in it". In being patient for him, I waited for the phone attendant to speak with the mechanic &went on about my day. I knew after a day or so he would call if he wanted the business but felt like they didn't want to bother with me. I had the repair done by Driver's Automotive in ************ Powders Springs St, ***** on June 24,2022 and cost me $243.15 which I should not have had to spend since I had an active warranty on the car when I contacted them on June 1st. Since then I called and talked with ***** who answered the phone for Alpha and Omega. Our conversation was okay but with no resolution. After a few minutes I received a call from the business by the "owner" he said, and I don't recall his name. He proceeded with telling me what I should have done with no apology for their incompetent front desk attendant (****) from previous, but telling me what I should have done instead of saying what his employees should have done/said.Seeking retribution re: $243.15 paid to Driver's Automotive !
