Technicals did an excellent job. They were on time, professional, and clean. There closing was on point especially how to clean the new shower. ****** and **** deserve some form of recognition!

Jacuzzi Bath remodel team of **** and ** did a shower and jacuzzi tub remove and replace for me. They were both very professional and great to work with. I couldnt have asked for better work to be done. My old tub and shower were 30+ years old and in less than stellar shape. They came in and removed all of the old and replaced with all new. We hired Jacuzzi to do two bathrooms. First went without a hitch and the service was fantastic. However, the second was an abysmal experience. The explanation for work to be performed was for a lengthened stand-up shower to include an eight-foot wall. To cover the remaining three feet, we were told that they could easily put a bench and pony wall. We quickly found out that a bench to Jacuzzi is a three-foot deep four-foot-wide block of wood with no purpose, and clearly not a bench meant to be sat on. With three-feet deep dimensions we are at a loss on what to do with this wasted space that has now ruined the look to the bathroom. While attempting to find a solution to this eye sore we received the standard, "that's how it was written in your contract" answer. Not a company I'll be using going forward.Review from Robin D

We had our standing shower redone. Jacuzzi did a good job of getting everything setup up. Our installers ********** worked well and kept us informed on the progress. ** came out first and got working on the job right away. He went over the details before getting started. Covered everything to minimize dust and got the job done on time.Review from James T

****** and ****** arrived on time, explained the process and started the conversion. They worked all day and finished at 7:30 pm. They did an excellent job and finished by cleaning up. Installers were very friendly and efficient. They worked nonstop and finished installation in 8 hrs. They did a fantastic job, even beyond my expectations. They cleaned up not leaving a speck of debris. They were the best workers I've ever dealt with and will recommend Jacuzzi to my friends.
