This was the third time I have used Hughes. It is honestly one of the best Service companies I have ever used....in every way. Their customer service is what I wish every company would be like. My carpet looks brand new..A sixth star would be appropriate!Review from Ena B

I had my hardwood floors cleaned and resurfaced. The job was tedious and was performed with quality and professionalism. The floors look brand new! We strongly recommend their services.Thank you **** and team for a job well done.

We have used ***** Dry for years for various projects. It started out with just cleaning the dryer vent. They are very professional, and **** who has been to our house many times, is a really great guy. We are now using them for other smaller jobs that we can't get a handyman to do, (except for a really high charge) and things my husband just does not want to do anymore. Emergency...emergency....emergency!!!! When I got up early this morning to let my son's dog out (who I was dog sitting) to do his duty, I stepped in a p*** mess on my carpet that he had done sometime during the night. ***!! I called **** who scheduled someone to come out to clean the mess at 10AM today! Laurent showed. up at the scheduled time and proceeded to clean my messed carpet completely and efficiently. No way you can tell what condition it was in before he came. Thanks to him for a job well done! And thanks to Hughes for taking care of this mess in such a timely manner.Review from Kathy P.

The process and service was excellent! Very educated service men who knew exactly what they were doing and explained the entire waterless process! Ive used several of the other highly advertised companies and they do not even come close to the thoroughness and great end result! No wet carpet, no smell, just beautifully cleaned carpet! If there are more than 5 stars, I would not hesitate to give ******* and ***** more. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. My carpet had several challenging ripples sitting under very heavy hardwood furniture. When they were done, it look like a new installation.I highly recommend them to anyone. I already have.
