            We paid over $10,000 for a concrete job. The epoxy started coming off the following week. They said they would come by and fix it and has been 3 months. They now do not return my calls. They are the worst company I have ever worked with

            CTI resurfaced my garage floor October of 2018. The resurface was warrantied for 10 years. Within the first 6 months I had a few spots lift up and contacted CTI to repair the patches. Feb ******************************************************************* the subsequent months to no avail.June 2019 *** responded via email "Hello *******, we will be working in Fayetteville next week and can get you then." but I never received any follow-on calls. I tried throughout COVID to reach out but did not receive any response. I have since had 3 additional patches of the floor lift up and would like to have this repaired but cannot get a response from the company despite leaving messages on several listed numbers. I made contact with ***** only to find out he no longer works for CTI but he did provide me a cell phone for Mr. ******************* but no one returns calls and the message mail box is full. I have left an SMS text from my number but did not receive a call back. The overall floor is in good shape, only about 6 patches the size of a softball have come up but I would like to have them repaired.
