DO NOT USE THEM !!!! You are risking your eyesight and life. They are haphazard and money hungry. Charged me several thousand dollars in April for a surgery I NEVER HAD. Had to ARGUE with them - they said - I signed form before I went in operating room. I WAS NEVER AT THE HOSPITAL took me over a month to get it straightened out and charges reversed. AND they never called me to tell me my surgery was cancelled !!! so, right up to the Monday I was supposed to be there {in *******/Marietta) my family took off work, made plans to go with me, etc. ***** !!!!! Now, they've sent me a bill one week before Christmas for an additional $110. !! I am on a fixed income {SSI) and I do not have. IT will go to collections before I'm able to pay. I ASKED them every time if any further charges were due beyond my co-pay. Was told EVRYTIME "no, I was good" and paid in full. I'm just heartsick, and sick spiritually and emotionally.

We are sorry you feel this way. The surgery you are referencing in April was canceled due to medical reasons by the Surgeon. Patient was refunded in total. The bill submitted for payment  is related to two dates of service 10.02.2024 and 10.24.2024 and represent co-insurance that are due and valid. The timing of the statements are unrelated to a holiday and are solely representative of services the patient received. Our staff deal with thousands of Insurance companies and cannot be expected to calculate to the ***** the amount due to each Patient we serve (unrealistic). An estimate was given and the Patient will receive an explanation of benefits from their ***************** as to how the services were adjudicated.

We work with all our Patients that are on a limited income and will do so with this Patient. However, we have to be made aware of the situation and request. The first sentence in this feedback is slanderous and unfounded and we request this activity cease. There are more constructive ways to solve this problem than meritless postings.

Please contact our office to set up a payment plan.

    Thank you.

Problem one: it is almost impossible to talk to a human being. After leaving messages, no one calls you back.Problem: I had an appointment with an ophthalmologist in February 2024, I went to my appointment and in the office they said doctor had left due to being sick. Nobody reached out to me to tell me. The next appointment available was June 2024. I had an emergency that day(June) and left messages- being responsible and courteous! I went to my appointment regardless of my emotional stress and they said they would squeeze me in. I made another appointment- October 2024! I have an eye disease and need to be monitored. They are very irresponsible and disorganized. People need to know this.if you have an emergency, you cant count on them.

While they take great care of your eyes, they make mistakes and do not charge you the correct amount and then harass you endlessly with daily multiple emails and multiple text messages even when you are making payments. Their staff has even admitted to the billing process harassment.

I had a refraction done by Marietta eye clinic in *********. I had new glasses made at ****** I could not see very well with the them. I attempted to have Marietta eye clinic redo my refraction I was told it would be a month before I could be seen, totally unacceptable. I had another refraction done at ****** and my glasses were remade and they worked great. I was told at ****** they had to remake a lot of glasses from Marietta eye clinic due to faulty refractions. Do yourself a favor and dont rely on them take your business elsewhere. I am attempting to get a refund from them so far I have been unsuccessful still trying.

The employees at the office located at *****************************************************, *******, ** are unprofessional and are not to be trusted. I made an appointment for a Routine Eye Exam only and after my eye exam, the front office told me that my visit was shown as a medical appointment and not as a Routine Eye Exam. I was asked to pay a copay amount and I explained that my appointment was supposed to be a Routine Eye exam only and the claim should have been processed thru Eye Med Vision with no copay thru my *************** health insurance. The office manager was rude and told me that I was supposed to pay the copay and I said that I would call my insurance company and have them explain the process to her. The office manager told me that I did not have to call my insurance company and ask them anything because she said that she has been doing this work for over *************************************************** that way.I want this claim for a Routine Eye Exam to be processed correctly thru my health insurance plan with Eye Med Vision with no copay and NOT as a medical claim thru *************** Medical.
