We called Georgia Roof Advisors when we unfortunately had a tree fall onto our roof. **** ***** came out to our property and did a thorough assessment of the damage and spent as much time as we needed answering all the questions we had. He was wonderful to work with and very detail oriented + trustworthy. We got multiple quotes but went with **** and Georgia Roof Advisors based on the customer service and competitive pricing. I highly recommend them! We even added gutter cleaning because we liked and trusted them to do amazing work!

Having used them for two different projects, I can't express how important it is to reach out to them for your roofing needs. Not only will they work side by side with you and your insurance company, they will do a perfect job and will not sign off until you are satisfied. Truly a company that other companies should model their work ethic and customer service style after. Storm damage has met it's match, and GRA will be there for you. We used Georgia Roof Advisors recently on small project. We had trees removed in the backyard that led to tree saplings sprouting in the gutters of our detached garage - oh my! So, we called GA Roof Advisors to have our gutters cleaned. From start to finish, they were very professional, easy to work with, and very reasonably priced. Once they scoped out the project, they followed up with a detailed and electronic estimate and then utilized on-technology for signatory purposes (super easy!). After the workers cleaned out the gutters, they made sure to clean up the entire area on the ground below/around where they had been removing the debris and such. We also appreciated that the owner (*****) stopped by to give his final approval that the project was done to his satisfaction as well as ours. He also was available to answer any questions we had, although we had none because his team did such a fabulous job. All in all, I give Georgia Roof Advisors 5-stars and would definitely use them again.Georgia Roof Advisors Response

Georgia Roofing Advisors always showed up when they said they would. treated my roof like it was the only one in the world, inspected and found where the leaks were and described in detail the crummy job the last roofer ************** had done and showed me (the roofing tiles weren't overlapped for moisture control but were "butted up against each other" so the water could penetrate in between them) how they were going to correct it. Every person who came on the job from ******** ****** and Jace were nice, thoughtful, polite and respectful of my questions. The crew that worked on the roof were fast and professional, replacing the roof, skylights and cleaned up thoroughly after. *******, after the work was completed, came by to do final inspection and put on the final touches. There was no rush to get money before work was thoroughly done and I was thoroughly satisfied. Can't say enough for them. Recently, I discovered water in my home. My initial thoughts were that it was coming from the roof with all this rain. After a free evaluation from Georgia Roof Advisors they discovered the water was coming in through my foundation. GRA was able to recommend a foundation company that took care of my problem with ease. Thank you guys for the thorough inspection!Georgia Roof Advisors Response

GRA replaced my roof in October 2021. My experience then was first rate from start to finish. During last night's heavy rain a leak developed where the **** stack goes through the roof. I contacted GRA at 7:15 this morning. By 9 a.m. GRA's senior project manager, *************************, was onsite, diagnosed the source of the leak, and made the repair. I found this quick and thorough response to an issue that developed several months after the install to be further evidence of the high quality of service and workmanship provided by GRA. Georgia Roof Advisors were fantastic to work with! We purchased a house just over a year ago and found a leak in the roof due to a bad previous repair. We had multiple companies come out to assess the issue, but ******* and ***** with Georgia Roof Advisors was by far the most honest, fair and informative. Our roof is approximately 15 years old, so there are issues such as wood rot and design flaws. The *** team focused on the issue at hand and advised what to do regarding issues in the future. I admire how they prioritized what needed to be done and did not try to overcharge us. *** came out quickly to fix the issue so we did not experience more damage with the leak. They guarantee their work and followed up after the first rain to make sure the repair was satisfactory. I am very impressed with Heatherlea in the front office, as she explained the process, is very professional, and answered any crazy questions I had as a new home owner. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for maintenance or even a new roof when the time comes. They will definitely take care of you!Georgia Roof Advisors Response

Im not completely satisfied because you went up on the price three times. I was told my gutters were included, but after replacing my good gutters and throwing the damage gutters away, I was told theres no match for the completion.
