On June 26, I purchased rims and tires for my Jeep from Butler Tires. The representative, *****, confidently assured my father and me that these would be a perfect fit. Unfortunately, since the installation, I've encountered constant issues. I've returned to Butler Tires seven times, and in the most recent visit, they kept my Jeep for over three weeks. They promised me extensive repairs to improve the ride and assured me that the vehicle would be in perfect working condition. However, since getting it back, my Jeep has been alarmingly unstable and unsafe to drive on the highway. I reported that the steering is erratic, making it dangerous to be on the road with others. I even expressed my fear of veering off into a ditch, but they seemed indifferent to my concerns for safety and the quality of their products. They suggested to my father that we buy more rims, despite him already spending a substantial sum with them based on their initial assurances of safety. When pressed for answers, they had none. Requests to speak with managers seemed pointless, as the staff appeared disorganized and uninterested in customer satisfaction. This business seems solely focused on selling products and making money without ensuring the customer's safety on the road. The way they handle customer issues is very concerning, especially after I've spent thousands of dollars with them and have the receipts to prove it.

Keisha's vehicle is currently at our ******** location and has been repaired.

Her father, ******, will come in this afternoon to test drive the Jeep to make sure he is happy with the way it drives.

I want to take a moment to thank **** for reaching out to me and asking me to bring my truck back in for the seventh time, this time to their ********, ******* location. Today, my father picked up the truck, and I'm happy to say its driving perfectlyjust the way it should. **** and his team at this location truly know their stuff. I highly recommend anyone with a Jeep, especially those modified with lift kits for larger tires and rims, visit this specific location. Other locations may not have the same expertise in handling lifted Jeeps. This matter should now be resolved, as **** went above and beyond to take care of us, and were incredibly grateful. Although the situation shouldnt have escalated to this pointespecially since my safety was at riskSeth truly stepped up and saved the day.

On 3/28 I dropped my 2007 Dodge Ram off at Butler Tire and Wheels to have a Lyft kit, wheels and tires installed. On this date as well I paid a ******* deposit for the work. On 3/30 I received a call from ***** stating they were having trouble with the installation and would be unable to complete the installation. He also informed me I would have to go thru corporate to get a refund. I go to pick up my truck and when I get home I notice I am missing two caps to my rims.and the.locktight key. I call back to follow up with my refund on yesterday, this time I speak with with *****. I explain to him the challenges I was having and ask for corporate information. He informs me he submitted for my refund on money but could not tell me how to follow up. Please help, I have been treated like a burden and not a customer. All I would.like.is.the.money.paid back for the services I paid for but never received
