I have been in communication with ******* ******* regarding my security deposit as well as ***** ******** for the past 2 weeks. Neither of them are willing to return my full deposit back. ******* is making up some story that my water bill was initially behind two months when I first moved in May of 2022. Ive shown them proof of payment twice regarding my water bill being paid in May of 2022 and June of *************************** Ive asked twice for them to show me proof of an invoice where I didnt pay and I continuously keep getting ignored. So they decided to STEAL two months worth of money out of my security deposit when my balance was $0 when I returned my keys. I had NO knowledge of this supposedly behind two months UNTIL I received partial of my security deposit. Thats when I reached out 3 times for an itemized invoice to see what was removed outside of wear and tear. Still have not come to a resolution with returning my deposit.

4/28/2024 my 300 building as well as the 1st 300 building water had been off. This is on a Sunday and the office has no after hour service and they did not open until 1pm. When the office finally opens we are told they do not have any clear times on when the water is turning back on. The front desk receptionist laughed as she was giving us this news. It was stated that a pipe burst but we are the only building without water. There is a lack of accommodations. When asked does the gym have a shower the front desk receptionist ***** stated no and preceded to disconnect the call. People have children. People have work. Our building had no clue about anything happening with our water. We can use the restroom, shower, cook nor clean.

I moved into my unit on October 13, 2023. Upon move in, I pointed out to my leasing agent that my emergency heat was running rather than regular heat. She stated that she would have maintenance over to fix the problem. Days had passed and no maintenance so I placed many maintenance requests (both verbal and electronic) over time with the same issue. My electric bill started to double due to this. After months of no resolution, I took a late day to work on February 5, and visited the office as no one would answer my calls anymore. I spoke to the property manager and sent her all documentation showing the spike in usage and she confirmed the maintenance reports that had been put in. She stated that the issue was the compressor and they would have someone come later that week to replace it. I showed her my insanely high bills since move in and she assured that they would adjust my rent with the difference. Today, 3/1/24, I called because there was no adjustment to my rent and the manager hadnt even remembered the agreement from the previous conversation but agreed to adjust my rent $75. To better understand my frustration, my electricity usage was confirmed by GA ***** twice to have doubled each month so my monthly bill went from $129 to $185 to $235 to $242. I also work 10 hours/day and get home after 10pm and frequently travel for work so there is no way possible to have bills this high. My usage went from roughly, 672 to 1286 to 1627 to 1731. I live alone in a 2 bedroom home. The manager has threatened to evict me if I do not pay the rent. I was no math major but I think these price comparisons are far more than $75.

Ive had a ***** infestation for 2 months when moving in and no rent adjusted, Ive had no working ac or heat for the first 3 months moving in. I have been dealing with mold in the bathroom and washer and dryer room, theres water damage in the apartment. I have evictions on my record that arent supposed to be there because they received payment. Moving out was absolutely horrible i was informed on the 30th that my new apartment wasnt going to be ready until the 4th of April, i had originally informed the leasing office it wouldnt be ready until the 6th . Firstly i was asked to leave the property before the 03/31/22 after paying another month to month fee to stay the extra month. I was also not given the 4 days to move during the weekend for the following Monday, they wanted me to vacate the premises even after me initially letting them know . The leasing office workers act like kids in highschool with drama and name calling and attitudes . They fired most of the staff but need to replace ******* and chase also . They have problems with multiple residents on the property . Instead of doing things based off business they take everything personal and are biased . They act like they own the place . And its not just this property its all good ***** properties i called a sister complex to try and get the ceo or corporates contact because they refuse to give it to me & the manager at the other complex was also rude and condescending, either there needs to be some customers service training or find people that actually like their job and wanna do it . These people are miserable and its going to keep effecting your businesses and turn over rate

    Hello *****,

We would like to first apologize for any miscommunication and we want to take this time to thoroughly address your complaint.  Upon having pest control treat your home, there was no ***** infestation found.  When you reported your AC outage, maintenance tried several times to correct the issue but service was refused.  We also had a vendor try to correct but we needed to you allow the service.  Lastly, we had our facilities manager go to your home and you tried refusing that service as well but decided to allow him in to correct the issue and for that, we appreciate you.  As our intention was to take care of you swiftly.  As far as your move out date, we worked with you a few times on the date and could not extend it any longer.  What you are seeing on your credit report should be dispossessory not eviction.  Dispossessory is for filing and eviction is for when you are actually set out by the sheriff.   We file for dispossessory only when we have not received payment.  I hope this answers your concerns.  Thank you!
