    Business response

    03/14/2023

The following email response has been drafted with care.

We truly want to see the client ( ******************************* ) win.

You chose to log off and told us that you did not have an issue. You thanked us for the advice. Then posted your assumptions on Instagram. We stayed on the call for an additional 20 mins to give you time to reconsider.

This is why we record all of our calls. The recordings keep a record of the actual events for us both.

We did a deep dive into your site prior to having a call with you.

You are attempting to sell a commodity.

You have inventory for a product that is traditionally purchased as a "just in time" product at a big box store.

The Red Pixel Analysis consists of 3 things to get the breakthroughs you see in our ads and on social media.

    1. Business Model
    2. Product Development
    3. Advertising Strategy

I want to go over the proven recommendations we gave you to sell the inventory you currently have, within the 25 minutes we spent together.

    1. Do not spend any more money on CB ads. You spent $400.00 and received 2 sales. That's a $200.00 cost per acquisition. Which greatly exceeds the sales price of your product.

    2. We recommended using influencers, after checking to see if you had a powerful story that would inspire people to purchase the product. We identified the type of influencers to work with. Influencers that have a story directly associated with the product you currently have.

    3. We asked to see the ** ads for both My ********* and the insurance business.

Why? So we can offer suggestions to optimize the ads on the insurance side and you could use those funds to fund your influencer launch for My Safe Pays.

Small businesses are typically ill-informed and lack access to experts, who can advise them, prior to making investments in a venture.

Small businesses are typically cash-strapped because they are bootstrapping their startup, so they can not afford to make mistakes.

Typically small businesses (such as yours) find us after someone has sold them "a dream" or they themselves made a poor investment choice based on their lack of knowledge.

We are here to set those businesses on the right path and salvage what we can.

Whoever sold you a commodity should have asked you if you had a big box store.

If you followed an eCommerce program, they should have shown you a market research process, so you could have saved money on inventory or purchased mico units to test.

If you still think we are a scam, I would be more than willing to get on a call with you, your husband, and a person you trust to prove otherwise.

There is something called statistically significant data. The information I provided to you above and on the call is rooted in that.

I do not provide guidance that is not rooted in statistically significant data.

BBB, please let us know if you would like to see the video evidence of the service we provided the client/customer.

We conduct all calls via Zoom for quality control purposes.

Clients are notified prior to the call and can select to not continue with the recorded call.

I am rejecting this response because: Based on your ads that you run you dont say anything about business consulting you are falsely claiming to offer a tweet to websites. You never looked at my website , you didnt know what I sold, you hadnt looked at the competitors in the safety market or their websites to see how they are earning their earnings based on websites this is the service your claiming to offer. Being a project manager for 8 years Im aware of a business consult vs a website call.

Business consulting offers step-by-step process that helps you build a stable and profitable business that fits you. Gaining clarity about your business, and choose doable steps customized to your business needs. This isnt what I paid for.

Asking about families professions and my other professions doesnt assist with website tweets.

Telling me to choose another product is an opinion (business consulting) I didnt pay for your opinion. I paid for the website service you claimed to offer.

I PAID YOU TO SHOW ME HOW TO ASSIST WITH THE WEBSITE THAT I HAVE.

You telling me about another product again if I did launch a new product I still didnt have the website tweet you claim to offer.

My life insurance business wasnt what I paid your for.

I also never claimed to not have funds to put into my business so there was no reason for the redirection, especially sense I told you I make 500-1000 in one day selling the product on Saturdays in person. I also sale my products on other platforms and have made money, but if we are focusing on the call the tweet you claim to offer you would have known this.

The call ended because you wasnt concerned about my website the service you claim to offer.

sarcastically I said Im ok ?? but I never implied that I was happy with the service because I didnt get the service I thought I was paying for.

Offering me to get an influencer for my product doesnt show me how to turn clicks into dollars again thats an opinion and business consults call.

SBA.gov offers business consulting why would I choose you for that.

You simply didnt deliver the website tweet you claimed . Ive attached the photo from your page stating you turn websites into clicks, views into dollars. Your ads say the same so why would you conduct a business consulting meeting.

You also stated you recorded the ************************************************************************************************* With the experience your claiming to have and the millions of people you have assisted I thought you would have known thats not legal in the state of Georgia (18 U.S.C. 2511)

I would just like for you to have better business and offer the service youre promoting. NOT once have you offered a refund knowing you didnt do the work. That shows unethical business and its not a moral business. Bullying me about my product telling me you dont know who sold me a dream when a customer files a complaint isnt good for successful businesses. (Underrated business consults for you)

    Sincerely,

    *******************************
