Met at my home residence and made an agreement with ******* and ***** Callaway to fix my Food Truck back in December. They gave me a good rate and stated that once I get it towed to their shop on *********************************************************** that it shouldn't take more than 14 days to fix and back to me. That was the best offer I received from any Diesel Mechanic so i went with them. They said in order to get this deal, I pay upfront for the job, and so I did. After 14 days passed, I have traveled countless hours round trip to pick up parts and return parts due to misdiagnosis, and checking on progress. I have been promised my Food Truck will be returned to me every month since January. I still have no truck. It has been blocked in by other vehicles that are being repaired. I'm losing customers and revenue. This is my main source of income and I feel keeping their word and delaying my quality of life is of no interest nor concern to them. I have received multiple texts where I have been told I can come get my truck only to get there and the truck is still taken apart and still blocked in. I want them to keep their word, get my truck running move the vehicles blocking the Food Truck, put all the parts back together and running so I can drive it off the lot within 24 hours of getting this notice.

This customer was providing his own parts for the repairs and most of the down time was due to incorrect parts or missing parts for the job. We agreed to work with the customer on the labor price just to try and help them out. We were informed by the customer that he wasnt able to pay for the truck and that the bank was trying to repossess the vehicle during the repairs which has nothing to do with our repair shop. Most of the text message communication was unclear as there is a language barrier between us but we tried to assist him in any way possible. We performed much more services to the vehicle than what was on the initial bill, again, trying to help them out. We did not charge any extra for the parts provided nor the time to do the extra work. Were very sorry that the customer has complained about our services as we have not had one single complaint since weve been open.

i have written evidence to show that ******** was not accurate with what he does or said.  The bottom line is that ******** made an agreement to finish my truck in two weeks.  The delay was due to ******** misdiagnosed the problem using some diagnostic method they use for the company. ******** runs the test and said specifically what the vehicle needs. I purchased based on what they said I needed to get. The part arrived 5 days after date of truck and parts were sitting there for two months before I was told it was the wrong parts.  **************** verified they were rights parts,  But ******** had in mind to fix other customers truck and not my truck.  I payed him up front to get the truck in a timely manner. I was verbally disrespected which I kept my cool.  ******************************* said he had COVID and was out of town, but once I arrived at business he was there fixing another vehicle.  I was constantly told " I WILL LET YOU KNOW " when vehicle ready and no concrete date of delivery. I'm losing sleep, paying insurance, losing wages, fatigue and panic and nowhere to turn.  While ******** making money I'm losing money and they had no concern or urgency for me.  They moved to different location because of complaints. Based on my observation while ******************************* fixing my truck.  He burned a brand new starter that was two months old.  I have more than worked with them traveling back and forth 22 times.  He told me to keep returning parts 5 times.  This has nothing to do with me.  Its ******** Diagnostic tester put on vehicle.  I have the text from to get exactly that.  The wrong parts were not on my end. This is ******** error and had to run a 2nd Diagnostic test and now he knows what to do to figure out the issues.  Its clear he could have fixed within 2 weeks but he did not want to due to getting the money upfront.  I feel i was taken advantage of.  Last but not least.  Each time i returned parts from ********, I retrieved the new parts overnight to meet deadline so It could not have taken 4 months to get this truck done.  Parts were on the ground for months before being looked at.
