  My car was repoed when my contract was upto datei never missed s payment if 300 a month . I found out just now that my daughter who worked there had a delinquent account and he paused my car note to put my car in a pool of her debt. So untill they paid her cars off I couldn't get my car title. They did this off books while I was still making my payments. She got behind on her note again. So he repoed my car. I never knew it agreed to such deal that he did. I have paid **** already for car it was pose to be **** when I bought it. He overcharged me **** plus **** interest bringing total 9000.ibwant my money back so I can buy another car I don't want to do business with him anymore. I never agreed to any of this he paused my car note in the system and my payments was off books so he CV would get away by with this. Then he went back and deleted the pause. What can I do

   I never paused any payments. This was done by her daughter who was  an employee taking payments. If she wrongly **************** I need to be contacted and a criminal complaint will be made against her daughter.I only found out about this pause after one year. I never agreed to it. Her daughter had put 4 cars her family had on pause . I had agreed to take a **** cash payout  on 3 cars her daughter had not payments. It was supposed to be all at one time when she sold a *** over a year ago. Never sold the car and as she handled my payment reciepts I never new the pause or that *************** had made any payments. If she paid and they were not applied to her account her daughter committed financial fraud against both of us. *********************

  I am rejecting this response because: It has been **************************************************************************************************************************************** and notice before repoeing my car . This is all against laws. He has sent my daughter a certified letter not me. All my payments were made .

  I've sent e-mails to *************** stating that we needed copies of her receipts and for her to verify the payments were supposed to go on her account .She refused to do this. I also stated that I never paused or authorized any pause or refinancing of her car. This was all done by her daughter without my knowledge. *********************

  I am rejecting this response because He is lieing about knowing about the pause or refinance on my account he slowed himself and my daughter to take over my contract and do as they pleased with it.he is wanting to file finance fraud on my daughter with my reciepts .I only have bank statements where the money was sent every month on 3rd never missed a payment but he wants me to have my daughter arrested for something he had all the knowledge about and I'm not doing that I'm going to *** him for breach of contract he had to have known after 9 months long that my account was refinanced and paused with out my signature or knowledge..he is retaliation against my daughter for reporting sexual harassment from the mechanic there and he fired her for it she is seeking attorney also I'm closing this complaint because imam taking this to the attorney general office I already filed my complaint with them:

   *************** has refused to send any records of payments. I had told her by e-mail that we needed her debit card statements showing dates payments were made and her account would be credited and we'd work on returning her car. It looks like her daughter . a former employee, applied her payments to accounts she and her husband ****. I never authorized this or any refinancing of her car. Her daughter handled my payments and collections and I had no knowledge of this until she quit.  *********************
