    **** **, sample products received but they won't cancel a so-called subscription that they have which will keep mailing me product. I wish to have any future shipments stopped and cancelled. Also, the product didn't work so I wish to return what I have received. They told me on the phone they cannot cancel the subscription. Who says this and won't help cancel ? Please help with returning the product and cancelling their subscription.

    On *** *** 2023 I was charged $129.95 from Radiant Beauty and did not authorize any transactions. I do not even wear make up. I called and they refused to issue a refund. I had to cancel my brand new debit card because of the unauthorized transaction.

    I paid minimal for trying the product out. Then they sent me 2 more shipments, without my consent, VERY EXPENSIVE!!! There is no contact information in the package or on the product. Not to mention, I received 1 item, not 2, with my second shipment. I went online to the company website, I entered my name, etc., it says I have no account. REALLY? Then why are you charging me hundreds of dollars? I chatted online with customer service, they were no help whatsoever.

    On ********* I placed 2 orders for trial samples of Radiant Fused Cream Skin and Fresh Essence Eye Serum Skin at what was listed as the cost of $6.95 and $7.95 respectively. The terms and conditions listed on line indicated that after the trial period the full cost of the item ($124.97 each) would be charged to my account and I would be registered for shipments every 30 days of the items. It stated, however, "For all ********** transactions ONLY within 5 days you will receive an email requiring your respponse to activate the monthly auto-ship program." I never received any shipment following the original trial samples, and received no email about the program offering an opportunity to decline routine shipments. The wording in the Terms and Conditions (from which the above quoted section was copied) appears intentionally misleading seeming to indicate that charges to the account would be made after ********** purchasers had an opportunity to decline the offer. The website has three options for purchase of the items, 2 for direct purchase and 1 for a trial sample and the information for the items purchased indicates only that the trial price was $6.95 for one and $7.95 for the other, and shows a shipping cost of $0.00 for each. I received no follow-up email offering an opportunity to decline further shipments, and only found that my account was charged the full cost when my ********** statement arrived on ********* I contacted the company on **** demanding a refund of the original charged amount beyond the charges for $6.95 and $7.95. The call person (Ernest) was not cooperative and refused to refund the charges. I will be pursuing this through******** ******* ********** as a fraudulent charge based on misrepresentation of the information and apparently fasle statements in the company's Terms and Conditions.

    *************************** 20212. I sought to make a onetime purchase but receive 2 products each month and am charged $119.73 and $124,97 each month. There does not seem to be any way to cancel a subscription or return merchandise. I have had to cancel my credit card to stop payments. I have not opened any of the bottles. I would like to return the products and get a refund, at least for the June a d July shipments,

    I placed order for trial anti aging cream where I payed shipping they also had eye cream sample pay shipping I agreed 6.95 and 7.95 on X-XX-XX no mention of any additional charges on ****** they charge 119.73 and 124.97 to my bank card I called Radiant Fused number my bank gave me they said these charges were for products that I had only paid shipping so I told them I would return products I'm not paying for what I never agreed now my account is overdrawn and money I had is held up I guess til they receive return

    Radiant Beauty/company name: Optimum Effective Gadget. Initially ordered a product (1), but they enrolled me in a monthly program for $119 which has appeared on my credit account. I contacted the company (XXX XXX XXXX) but have not received satisfaction. The original order was on **** for $6.95 completed online.

    I received four bills from a business:Radiant and Flawless Look. I did not order anything from them nor have I received anything from them. The amounts are: $29.85; $5.87; $114.74 & $119.74. The only evidence I have are the charges on my credit card bill. Can you help me please?

    I did a survey and paid a 1 time shipping and handling fee for the prize. This was $5.87. I received nothing. Radient and Flawless Look then tried to take $119.74 out of my account and then $114.74 on a few occasions. I have no way to contact anyone to make this stop.
