    I discontinued my WOW service after hurricane ******. I had a balance of $97 dollars that should have been refunded to me after returning all the equipment in my possession. I knew there was a problem when they sent me a box with an extra modem listed as something I had in my possession. I called five different times to explain to them I did not have this modem and when I upgraded the technician must have taken it with them. Since they made no notes of this and cant find the modem supposedly they are charging me $150 for a modem I dont have!!! They have the nerve to send me a bill for $64! Today, I finally paid it because they are obviously not going to refund my money and I am pretty sure this will continue until they turn it over to a collection agency. Biggest bunch of crooks on the planet!

    Internet has not been working daily for months. Sends 3rd party technicians that don't fix anything or don't show up. Says they're giving me a refund for lack of service but it isn't reflected in my monthly payments. When I ask to speak to a higher up person beyond the call center appointment schedulers they put me on hold until the hold line hangs up.

    Sent to collections by WOW because internet equipment not returned. I contacted WOW! At least twice where I told the company that the equipment was return to their ******************************** Return Box, either the day of closing the account or day after closing the account, I have been with WOW! At least 5 years, have conscientiously paid all bills on time even though WOW! **************** never achieved the internet speed I paid for. This company never took the time to locate the 2 modems I returned to them. WOW! Turned me over to collections. I will be closing my office WOW! Account ASAP. What a nightmare!

    Wow internet services is refusing to give customers a restoration timeline for services, despite estimates being available from all of internet providers in the area. The ********* section of their service area is in a rural environment and being left completely in the dark. The only estimate available is from alleged employees on ****** claiming service will be restored by January 2025

    In 2020, a ***resentative for WOW business solutions came into my office to try and get me to switch carriers and after discussing it with them there was a two year term that I didn't want to accept. The ***resentative came back with her boss, **** ******** and **** told me that although there is a contract, they can make decisions on a local level and he assured me that I can cancel at any time. He also told me that the contract was only good for two years but after that I could surely cancel at any time. I started emailing the WOW *** in July informing her that I am getting quotes from another company and that if they could not get me a lower rate I would leave. She gave me some options and I told her that the price was still higher. I emailed her back and asked her to cancel it but she stopped responding. So I called the 800 number and they told me that it had already renewed and now it can't be cancelled. No one ever mentioned that. The ***resentative ***** tried to get me to sign another contract, and I told her that I would not because I was leaving. She didn't ask if I needed her to cancel it now. Nor did she say well if it automatically renews you can't cancel it. She tried on several occasions to get me to sign a new contract to stay with them. They have lied to me so many times from day one. The manager **** had to get involved because of the practices (lies) of his ***resentative. I have asked them to terminate my contract because I informed them that I was talking with another company and that I would not sign the contract but now it's a problem. They had a manager name **** call me and tell me that there is no one over him and gave me the wrong number to corporate for WOW internet and business solutions.

    I subscribed to WOW cable in december of 2023. After a month I was dissatisfied with their service and cancelled. They gave me an option of returning the equipment by ****** so I agreed to that. They mailed me the Boxes to pack the equipment in and ***** picked them up around 1-31-24. 3 months later I got a bill for the equipment so I called and told them that I mailed it in at said date and the conversation ended with me believing that the matter was resolved. In august of 2024, I was checking my credit score and found that they sent it to a collections service. I called them again but all I got was the runaround from someone answering phones in another country.

    I have a compliant with wow my internet service. Over the last year they have sent internet boxes I didnt order. I called the multiple times and they were surpose to send return boxes and never did until two weeks ago. I returned by fed ex and wow fed ex label sent to me with the box back 2 weeks ago. Wow keeps sending emails and calls saying there going to charge me for the equipment. I told them they have the tracking number to track the package. But they want. *** asked to speak to management teams and they want let me. Also in last two years I gave multiple outages and they tell me its my box that I need a new one but later it works fine after each time. They go up on my price when we have and agreement. The people at customer service all in another country and we struggle to understand each other. I need to speak to whom ever can handle this issue. I had to contact yall since I cant get answers.     over the past few months i have had wow internet techs out to fix things ,because it kept not working or going off and on, they fixed a connection in thebox and about a month ago replaced the line,and then again about 2 weeks ago it started all over again, from 8 am to about 10 pm on most days it would go off and on about 20 plus times. Ranging from a few minutes to a half hour. I have kept calling and gotten, something on our end is down was the most recent response. Well nothing has changed inalmost 2 weeks, I have lost stuff i had been doing on my laptop, my phone has hung up on people with a tag comingup you have no internet. I have asked for credits and they say they will but they dont ,they end up raising the price, i have been with them for many years and it just seems they dont care about good service ,just collecting the bill. I want a system that is working not working for a hour and the out, all day long,i still want a credit ,because when my bill is due they sure take it .
