Worst service department ever! We purchased a new vehicle from them in November 2023. The vehicle ended up needing a new engine by April of 2024. They were in possession of my vehicle from April of 24 to this current week. When I got my vehicle back the windshield is CRACKED! The dealership refuses to take any responsibility for the damages to the vehicle. Our vehicle was in their care for over a month. **** Fitzpatrick was made aware of this situation himself. He has flat-out refused to do anything to even attempt to make this situation right. Don't waste your money with this dealer. My family has been buying vehicles here for over 20 years. We will not put another ***** in **** Fitzpatrick's wallet after this.Review from Shirley S

Excellent service and workmanship- We had several issues that needed to be addressed and fixed so it took some time to be completed but knowing each tech had the specialized training made the wait well worth it!Our service advisor, ******* is the best-he kept us informed and updated throughout!Review from S. ZERO stars. TERRIBLE product and terrible results from Service. We purchased a brand new Explorer in 2022. The car was almost brand new and the transmission began "clunking" and "jerking". In addition, when putting car into reverse, the car unexpectedly rolls forward ***** feet.This is the 2nd time, I have put the Explorer into service. Last time, it was there for more than 30 days and they determined nothing was wrong. This time, it has been in service for almost 40 days and I still have about 20 cars ahead of me!Ford Explorer used to be a great car. Why wont this dealership fix it?? It is under warranty, after this started when it was almost new!!Review from Mamie P

No stars for this business. The service department is very bad and unorganized.The technician don't seem to know what they are doing. The place is in a rundown condition and needs to be cleaned up and modernizing. The owner was very rude and refused to talk to me .refused to let me make an appointment with him to talk about the poor service of this department. I am 78 years old and i have been doing business with this company for over 50 years because it is close to where i live. They lie and cheat innocent people especially elderly women. I know that nothing will be done in this case, but I wanted to report them anyway. *************************
