I would like to mention I have not even received a check yet nor have I done anything to get a check but all these complaints that this company gets they are very good at responding with exact details and why. It is others fault if they don't read the fine print and by all the information that is said back by the company they have more then good enough reason to deactivate these people's accounts. I hate it when someone screws up and then blames someone else. Market information Force is an amazing company and goes by there policy fully with no error. So if you want to get ***et that you screwed up maybe keep your complaints to yourself. You'll ruin a company over something that they already stated in there policy and that is bs. I really wish people would own there s**** *** because businesses shouldn't have to pay for that. If I were you I'd give this company a true shot because all they are doing is following the rules and policies set in front of them.

Market Force is the *********************** of the mystery shopping industry. Stay far away from this company. I did many shops for Market Force but that ended when I completed a shop report for a casual food restaurant. In my report, an employee didn't do something they were supposed to do. The employee denied that this ever happened and Market Force believed the employee even though my report was accurate. Market Force dropped me because Market Force would rather retain the client, they can always get another shopper. This is a warning to all prospective shoppers, be on the lookout for their c*** By the way this wasn't recent, Market Force dropped me more than 10 years ago. This is a very dishonest company with a very poor support system for mystery shoppers. They will close your account, without any explanation. Don't waste your time with them, especially considering their extremely low pay.Market Force Information, Inc. Response

STAY AWAY! This company lacks the technical infrastructure to handle glitches in reporting systems. As a result, they will reassign shops you already completed yet still allow you to enter a shop and then NOT pay you nor reimburse you. Terrible customer service with no effort on their end to thoroughly investigate or find a solution for contractors. They've demonstrated they do not respect contractors. They will also call you begging you to take on more shops despite not paying you for work you already completed. Highly advise to avoid them!Market Force Information, Inc. Response

Thank you for your feedback. As you were informed, the data you entered did not correspond to the shop date as per your CPI (the assignment was entered in the wrong project). As a result, the system invalidated your report as it was completed before the program started. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to signing up to work for them. I did about 10 shops per month with MarketForce and then noticed that they would conveniently short my pay 3 - 4 shops each month. I also began to see several shops being labeled as invalid for no apparent reason. I attempted to contact payroll disputes on many occasions and have yet to be contacted back. I think that I am owed around 200$ up to this point so I figure that I have been working for them for free for the past several months. I definitely learned the hard way that this company is not honest or can be trusted. I regret ever getting involved with them. BEWARE!!!!!!Market Force Information, Inc. Response

Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing your account, I see you complete 30 shops so far this year and three were invalidated. In all three cases, the wrong shop type was carried out (i.e. it should have been an online order but you dined in). This was the reason for all three invalidations and on one shop, the client states you identified yourself to the store personnel which is strictly prohibited. When conducting further shops it is very important that you review all details to make sure the shop is carried out correctly and as per written guidelines.Review from Mel A

They refused me for 2 jobs because i didn't take pics of purple mattress displays. I explained those stores don't display purple mattresses. They investigated. Now they refuse payment because the storefront names don't match the store names on their assignment form. I explained that the store is operating under a different name. They even had a checkbox for that option which i clicked. The company representative insulted with accusations about not finding the proper store and just picking some random store as a replacement. They are liars, please don't waste your time with this company.Market Force Information, Inc. Response

In reviewing the invalidated reports, it appears the store results were entered backwards resulting in mis-matched addresses. This company does not pay you as promised as they will find any reason to invalidate your review, ESPECIALLY when it is negative. So be warned if you try this company - you will not get paid and they will for sure not pay you if you try to give any kind of constructive feedback.Market Force Information, Inc. Response

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Would give half a star if I could. Signed up and completed first shop uploading all receipts and questionnaires on time and completely on April 17. Payday is only once a month so Ive been waiting to see how accurate they are before accepting another assignment. No direct deposit has been made although my bank info was submitted; no record of the shops I have screenshots and hard copies of the reports I submitted. Nothing. $25 payment not worth pursuing but Ill never take another assignment from them. Scam company, would not recommend.
