******************. Long story short, my parents are older, so I manage their rental property for them since they're not really able to do it anymore. On 1/1/2025 I called to make an appointment for the following day to have the septic pumped. When I made the appointment, I specifically stated that for approval for the maintenance they needed to call me and I gave my number. The woman who booked the appointment confirmed that the technician would take a look at the tank and call me with the quote and for approval before proceeding with the maintenance. I also asked for a rough estimate of the cost I should expect, assuming nothing was wrong and the supervisor told me between $300 - $600, which aligned with the research I saw. The next day, I get an invoice for $1,300; no call, no approval. I called the Company and somehow, they got my aging mothers phone number and called her for approval, even after I told them approval needed to come through me. They did not follow proper procedure and then without getting approval from the person with a contractual obligation to manage the property, they went ahead with the maintenance, charging wildly higher than what was expected. When I called to complain and get at least a partial refund, I was told that the Operations Manager, ***** would call me back. He to this day has never called me. Every day they told me they'd call, he wouldn't and when I would call, they would give me some excuse on why he was unavailable. These people gave me the run around for a week and a half. And when he did finally reach him, he was so arrogant and unapologetic. They offered a $350 refund which still didn't put the maintenance cost into the range of what others would have charged. He said he would take the case up to the person above it and promised he'd call me back the following day with the results. No call. I finally called back and told the supervisor I would accept the $350 just so that I could be done with them.Review from Maryum B

This company is the worst. They came to my home in ******, **. They patched and fixed my dishwasher, causing water leakage downstairs. That should have been my first clue. Their technician couldn't install a DISHWASHER correctly! Instead, I trusted them twice to come and try to fix the dishwasher until, ultimately, the last tech said ma'am, this ain't our strong fix, ****** dollars later! Adding another ****** for a local ********** man to fix it correctly. Later, I trusted the company again. I don't know if I'm stupid or desperate. But this time, it was my septic pump. Their tech replaced it. In 7 months, the septic pump went out completely. Guess what? The company said there is no warranty after paying almost ***** bucks! Now, they are asking for ****** again to replace my septic pump. After careful consideration and consulting other local PROFESSIONAL plumbing services, I decided to cut my business dealing with this company as they do not have enough tech experience, and their services DO NOT INCLUDE WARRANTY!!!! Watch out!Review from Tommy J

Completely Unprofessional Do Not Use This Company!I hired this company to fix a water leak in my home, and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I've ever made. After an initial consultation, I was quoted $700 for the repair, and they assured me the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, not only did they fail to fix the original leak, but they actually caused a new one in the same spot on the pipe. When I contacted them to explain the situation, they refused to take responsibility. They claimed the new leak was "unrelated" to the work they just completed, despite it clearly being the result of their repairs. I paid $700 for a service that was never properly performed, and now I'm left with an even bigger problem. The lack of accountability and poor customer ********************** is unbelievable. Instead of solving the issue, they made it worse and refused to come back to fix it. This has been a complete waste of time and ********** yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for reliable, professional service. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never be using them again.Review from Mensah S

Hired Rooter ProXpress to service my septic tank at the price of $295 per 1000 gallon. upon their arrival they suggested additional service at the price of $15,000. When I refused a $15,000, Rooter ProXpress damaged my property. They destroyed my lawn and broke the *** to my Septic tank. I reported this matter to their manager. They sent the same agent to finish the work of pumping and viewing the damages. Very angry and unprofessinal, he spent less than 10 minutes pumping and charged my card $1228.50 instead of $295. I called my card company to reject the charges after many attempts of trying to reach Rooter ProXpress management team. The owner or top manager said pumping 1000 gallon should take 40 min to 1 hour, my invoice showing he pumped $1228.50 gallon in 10 Min. He also claimed on the invoice that he cleaned the tank, but never reopened tank. He also never fixed my lawn nor did he open the tank to view the cracked ***. This company should NOT be in business in *******. They threatened me, their action was very intimidating and damaging my property was unlawful. Worst of all they made several attempts to charge my card at $1228.50. This is considered fraud. This company needs to be investigated. I also filed a complaint with *******************************. Sad to say how many elderly people they have done this to.Rooter Proxpress Response

They came and replaced my water pipe for $5000. Took them almost 8 hours to connect the pipe. They ended up leaving the pipe uncovered and poking out of my garage floor, which looks very ugly and dangerous. I just asked them to move the pipe a little closer to the wall to avoid someone tripping over the pipe. But they refused to do that. They refused to fix the mess they made and insisted that if I want the pipe closer to the wall, I have to do it my self. It was very unprofessional, irresponsible and untrustworthy of their company.Review from Kim W

Being a first-time pool owner, I thought I had a leak around my pool. I called various plumbing companies and only received one call returned. In *******, more often than not, they dont return your calls. My line of thought is, if you have a water leak, you call a plumber. In their ads online they said that they do leak detection. Rooter Proxpress sent out a very nice young man named *******. He looked around and said my Pool Filter was leaking. He then made a phone call and said his supervisor said that was the problem and that replacing the Filter would probably solve it. I also said the valve on my outdoor spigot was leaking and he said he would fix that. He gave me an estimate of $4309. He texted me and said the filter was still the problem and told me not to worry because if that did not solve the problem, he would find and repair the leak at no additional cost. He said he would come out and start the job the moment the pump and filter came in. I asked if I could order the pump and filter, but he said he had to order them because it showed it was installed professionally.the Filter cost around $1000(and thats rounding up) the pump was $450 (So I rounded up to $500) Even at the high end of the prices the pump and filter should have cost $1500 and maybe $100 for the plumbing parts and another 100$ for the sand. So, after fees for the supplies I was charged $2858 for labor. So for approximately 5 hours of work would come to $571per hour. I still had the leak, but spigot was finally fixed. I paid. I signed a contract, and I made that commitment. I was charged $4358 for the job. The problem I originally reported hasn't been fixed. I called ******* and told him the pool was still leaking. I tried to call the office manager four times. I called yet again asking for the Invoice for the Filter and Cleaner pump so that I could submit them for the warranty. They said they had to check with *******Review from Jenny W

Owner suite toilet was leaking into the living room which also caused some electrical issues. Rooter ProExpress came out the same day to assess the issue and we only needed to replace the toilet. After the plumber was complete an electrician from the same company came in and repaired all the damaged outlets as well as the ceiling fan. Each rep that I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely keep them on speed dial.Review from Izzy C

Let me tell you about the lifesavers over at Rooter ProXpress. My basement was flooding, and I was freaking out. Called them up, and they showed up faster than I could finish my cup of coffee. These guys weren't just about fixing pipes; they were about restoring my sanity. They dove into the mess (literally) with a smile on their faces, like it was just another day at the office. They diagnosed the problem, explained it to me like I wasn't a total dummy, and got to work fixing it.What really impressed me was their honesty. They didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Instead, they gave me some solid advice on how to prevent this mess from happening again. It was like talking to a friend who happens to be a plumbing genius. The whole team was friendly and down-to-earth. They treated my home with respect and left it cleaner than they found it. Can't thank them enough for saving the day and my basement. Rooter ProXpress is the real deal. If you're dealing with plumbing drama, these are the folks to call.
