            I wish I would have checked here first! After purchasing ****** worth of product 8/18/24. Only to receive bogus tracking numbers and still no packages. I am pissed!

            I thought that this would be a really good company- AT FIRST. However, I was completely wrong. I had previously ordered from them once before so I thought that I would have the same experience again. I was COMPLETELY wrong. I ordered 4 bars of soap and one facial scrub. When I received the package it was OPEN and only 1 soap and the scrub were present in the package. It appeared that the owner had stuffed 4 bars of soap and a facial scrub in a VERY tiny bag, and did not bother to seal the package. She should have put them in a box, and made sure everything was sealed and secured. When I emailed her 3 times, she didn't seem that concerned. I had to file a grievence with my credit card company for my refund. The owner did not say she would give a refund at first. However when she did respond, she said she would give me a refund for the price of the items, MINUS the shipping. I thought that was outrageous since I would I be out of shipping costs. I advise customers to stay CLEAR of this company. They do not care about customers at all!!

            This stuff really dont work. Whenever you see everyone saying something is great and no bad reviews, the reviewers, influencers are being paid, because no product works for everyone. This stuff broke out my skin worse, didnt fade any dark spots. I watched numerous videos on how to use and followed the directions. This glomelanin is terrible, bring back the old nadinola that actually worked. I can attest to that.

            I am very disappointed with this company. I reached out to them regarding the product breaking my skin out. It caused me to have an allergic reaction, my skin was itching all over and turned red from the reaction. I have emailed GloMelanin several times and they refuse to respond to me. I hate that I ever fooled with this company and would appreciate a reimbursement. K. Childs,

            This company is HORRIBLE! Wish I would've found these reviews before making a purchase. I purchased the 2 bar special and only received one bar. I have reached out to them so many times through personal email and through their email site. At first, I was wanting the other bar since I paid for it, now I am just asking for a refund for the other bar. I am not trying to sound rude, but this is one of the main reasons I have a hard time supporting our brown/black people. From personal experience they never DELIVER.. Since I have to leave a star they get one, but PERSONALLY THEY DESERVE NONE. Wish BBB would make them give us our product or make them issue a refund for the portion of product not received. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

            This is a fraud company. They advertise but cant deliver. Ordered my products from 12/3, go a order shipment on 12/05 with tracking number, today is 12/19 and *** still is awaiting the package. Emailed the company on 12/13, they responded saying they are running 5 business days behind and will notify me the product has been shipped, well you sent me shipment notification on 12/5 so how comes in 12/13 you are saying the product has not yet been shipped. And even after giving them the extra 5 days my product has not yet been shipped. I have emailed them twice since 12/13, no response from them. They have totally ignored me. At this point I will be disputing the charges for paying products I have not received.

            I reach out to the company via email and instagram with no luck. They havent responded. I purchased products during the Black Friday sale upon receiving them I noticed part of my order was missing. All Im asking is the product I paid for or my money back. I thought this was an upstanding company yet I was wrong. Im a business owner and would never treat my customers in this manner. Whomever you have answering your customer service emails maybe you need to ******* their position in your company! Signed, Missing Product

            This company changed my tracking date 3 times already. It's over 10 days now and no order arrived yet. I placed orders directly from ***** and received my items faster. First and last time placing any orders with this company again.After this experience I will never support small businesses again! Potential buyers save your money and the hassle and order from big box stores only.
